Streets of Rage 4 was made with help from Guard Crush Games, and now they’re about to release their new game, Absolum.
Dotemu has just released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming beat-’em-up, which looks fantastic! The trailer gives players a good preview of the action, and the game is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on October 9th.
I’m really excited about Absolum! It’s a 2D brawler set in this awesome fantasy world called Talamh. What’s cool is it’s got a bunch of different characters you can play as, and because it’s a roguelite, every playthrough feels fresh and unique – the levels and challenges change up each time, so it’s never the same experience twice!

As you play, you’ll get stronger with new boosts and skills that help you throughout each attempt. You can also unlock lasting improvements to make future runs even easier.
Wow, this trailer really has me excited! It looks like they’ve taken the awesome, fast-paced fighting from Guard Crush and combined it with the incredible art style and smooth animations of Supamonks. Honestly, from what I’ve seen, it’s shaping up to be something really special!
The game is almost here! After watching the new video, what are your thoughts on Absolum? Are you looking forward to playing it? Let us know in the comments!
