The *Silent Hill* series is known for exploring personal trauma and inner struggles, and the new game, *Silent Hill f*, seems to continue that tradition. Players who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition will be able to start playing tomorrow. In the meantime, a chilling new trailer has been released, giving us a better look at the story and the challenges faced by the character Hinako. You can watch it below.
The main character grew up in Ebisugaoka and has a strained relationship with her parents, particularly her father. While the exact reasons aren’t fully explained, the story shows disturbing scenes, like a possible attack on her face, and her friends appearing upset. The meaning behind these events remains a mystery.
Silent Hill f will be released on September 25th for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Players who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition can start downloading it now, and the Standard Edition will be available for download starting September 23rd. Early reviews are in, giving the game a Metascore of 86 on Metacritic. We’ve also published a guide with everything you need to know before you start playing.
