Crimson Desert, which was previously delayed and pushed out of a 2025 release, now has a confirmed launch date.
This expansive adventure game has always seemed incredibly ambitious, and now we’ll finally see if it lives up to the hype when it releases on March 19th, 2026.
So, I’ve been checking out previews for Crimson Desert, and honestly, opinions are really mixed. A lot of gaming sites are blown away by how huge the game seems to be, but others are kinda scratching their heads – they’re saying the gameplay and combat are pretty complicated, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it might not be for everyone.

The game’s still got a lot to prove, then, despite looking borderline unreal in trailers past.
