Good God, Crimson Desert’s PS5 Collector’s Edition Costs a Whopping $280

Crimson Desert is shaping up to be a huge, ambitious open-world game. But would you be willing to spend $280, €280, or £250 on a special Collector’s Edition?

So, that’s what the deluxe version is going to set me back, at least if the price stays the same until it comes out on March 19th. I’m really hoping it doesn’t go up!

This is what’s included in the Collector’s Edition – and yes, it does come with the game itself, which is great to see!

  • Full Game (Crimson Desert)

  • Exclusive 17” Diorama featuring Kliff in battle against the Golden Star
  • Collector’s Edition Limited SteelBook®
  • Fabric Map of Pywel
  • Letter from the Developer
  • Greymane Brooch Pin
  • 3 Character Photo Cards
  • 3 Patches

In-Game Bonus Content:

Ultimate Pack:

  • Tormented Soul Bow
  • Derictus Spear
  • Sielos Longsword
  • Shroud Lantern
  • Hyperion Horse Tack Set

Deluxe Pack:

  • Balgran Shield
  • Exclaire Horse Tack Set
  • Kairos Plate Set

Pre-order Bonus: Khaled Shield

PlayStation®5 Exclusive Bonus: Grotevant Plate Set

It’s a pretty large diorama, and we believe it needs to be exceptionally well-made to cost that much.

If the Collector’s Edition is too expensive but you’d still like a few bonus items, the Deluxe Edition is a good option. It includes almost everything from the Collector’s Edition-excluding the statue and the ‘Ultimate Pack’-and costs $90, €90, or £80.

Meanwhile, the standard edition will be priced at your typical $70 / €70 / £55.
