It’s been a few months since Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls was announced, and we still haven’t seen who else will be playable in the game.
We know about eight characters so far, all of whom were shown off in the amazing reveal trailer.
Sony and Arc System Works have had a few chances to reveal new characters, but so far, none of those opportunities – like the recent State of Play – have resulted in any announcements.
Tokyo Game Show is currently happening, and Marvel Tokon will soon have its own presentation on stage.
Official game channels announced an upcoming event with the developers of MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, culminating in a showcase match on Arc System Works’ stage.
We’ll be broadcasting live on YouTube on September 27th or 28th, depending on your location, at these times:
- North America: 8:40pm (Sat) PDT / 9:40pm (Sat) MDT / 10:40pm (Sat) CDT / 11:40pm (Sat) EDT
- UK/Ire: 4:40am BST
- Europe: 5:40am CEST / 6:40am EEST
- Asia/Oceania: 12:40pm JST / 11:40am AWST / 1:40pm AEST
It feels like a good time to reveal a new character or two, though we’ve thought that before about similar events, so we’re trying not to get too excited. However, because this presentation is specifically for Marvel Tokon, we’re cautiously optimistic that we might actually see some new reveals.
We’re excited about what’s coming next! Who are you hoping to see as playable characters in Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
