Inti Creates has made a demo available for Majogami, a side-scrolling action platformer, on both Switch 2 and the original Switch through the Nintendo eShop.

Download the demo on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch and play as Shiroha, a witch wielding the katana “Kamikiri.” She can move incredibly fast and slice through the paper-based levels using her instant-attack sword skill, Setsuna. When Setsuna encounters the Astral Sirius, she’ll gain her first transformation, temporarily boosting her powers.

This demo offers just a glimpse of the exciting gameplay in Majogami. When the complete game launches on October 30th, players will find a lot more content and options to personalize their experience.

About Majogami
Majogami is a fast-paced, 2D action game created and led by Yuji Natsume, known as the official artist for the Blaster Master Zero games. In the game, you play as Shiroha, wielding her katana, “Kamikiri,” to battle frightening creatures and navigate a strange world made of papercraft.
Throughout her adventure, Shiroha will gather cards holding her memories, known as Recarte, and battle a variety of Majogami – powerful, divine “Craft Witches” who govern the world.
These Majogami, creatures with cruel intentions and strong magical abilities, are blocking Shiroha’s attempt to flee their territory. She must utilize her “Setsuna” ability – a swift sword attack – to defeat enemies quickly and efficiently. Beyond Setsuna, Shiroha can also depend on Shiori’s protective sigils and the strength of the Astrals, the guardians she encounters, to evolve into different combat forms.
As a big fan, I’m so excited to share that Majogami is officially coming to both the Switch 2 and the original Switch on October 30th! It’s releasing worldwide, which is awesome, and then they’re planning to bring it to PC through Steam a little bit later. I can’t wait!
