Director Guillermo Del Toro’s long-awaited project, a reimagining of the Frankenstein story, has finally released a trailer and poster. The trailer offers a first look at the monster’s face in Del Toro’s version.
Academy Award®-winning director Guillermo del Toro reimagines Mary Shelley’s famous story of Victor Frankenstein, a gifted but self-centered scientist. He creates a living being in a shocking experiment, but this act eventually destroys both the scientist and his unfortunate creation.
The film stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, David Bradley, Lars Mikkelsen, Christian Convery, along with Charles Dance, and Christoph Waltz. It appears to be a fresh adaptation of the classic story from Mary Shelley’s novel, something we haven’t seen since Kenneth Branagh’s film in the 1990s, which featured Robert de Niro as the monster.
IN SELECT CINEMAS 17th OCTOBER AND ON NETFLIX 7th NOVEMBER
