Loads of PlayStation Concert Dates Cancelled Amid Rumours of Low Ticket Sales

It looks like all remaining dates for the PlayStation: The Concert tour have been cancelled, ending the US tour unexpectedly.

VGC reports that almost all US tour dates scheduled for the rest of 2025 have been cancelled, and ticket holders are only now being notified by email.

Tickets are now sold out for shows in many cities. This comes after a series of events in Europe were cancelled, though most of those have been rescheduled for 2026.

The cancellations have led people to question whether PlayStation: The Concert will continue. Reports suggest ticket sales were low, and Sony has decided to stop the shows and rethink its plans.

So, I was checking out concert tickets for next year, and it’s kinda wild. One of the few US shows still happening in 2025 – it’s in New Jersey on November 11th – still has plenty of tickets available. It’s not even close to selling out, which is surprising!

Currently, it’s still unclear why these dates were removed. PlayStation hasn’t made an official statement about the cancellations yet.

If you’re curious about PlayStation: The Concert, it’s a live show featuring music from many of the company’s popular video games.

We went to one of their concerts earlier this year, and while we had a good time, we felt like it could have been more substantial.

The tour’s website currently lists several US dates for 2026, but keep in mind those dates could still be cancelled.

It will also be worth watching if Sony tries to boost its marketing for this, as that could show how confident they are about its future.
