The Robertson dynasty continues to grow.
John Luke Robertson and Mary Kate Robertson, stars of *Duck Dynasty* and parents to John (5), Ella (4), and Wells (2), are expecting twins!
The couple, married since 2015, announced on Instagram on October 4th that they are expecting twins early next year! They described it as a wonderful and unexpected blessing.
And as they revealed, their family is set to welcome “two new little Robertson girls!”
Mary Kate and John Luke Robertson, both 29 and the eldest children of Willie and Korie Robertson, shared a heartwarming announcement with a vintage-style family photo. The picture, taken on a beach, shows the couple with their three children. Mary Kate is visibly pregnant, wearing a plaid dress and holding her baby bump, while their son John proudly displays a strip of sonogram pictures.
Will Robertson, his brother, excitedly celebrated the announcement, exclaiming, “WOOHOOOO MORE NIECES!!!!” Their sister, Sadie Robertson, shared the enthusiasm, writing, “CAN’T WAITTTTTTT!!!!!! Kit’s besties.”
The 28-year-old and her husband, Christian Huff, welcomed their third daughter, Kitt Carroway Huff, in August. They are also parents to Honey, 3, and Haven, 2.
Naturally, Korie also showed Sadie and Christian love after their latest arrival.
She shared on Instagram on August 4th how special it was to watch her daughter have a baby girl. She called the newborn, Kit, ‘simply perfect’ and noted her dark hair – a contrast to her other children, Honey and Haven, who were blonde. She mentioned Kit’s hair reminded her of her daughter Sadie’s as a baby and hopes it stays dark!
And that reliable support from her family has meant a lot to Sadie over the years.
She shared with TopMob News in 2021 that she was especially thankful for her family’s unwavering support throughout the year. Despite significant life changes, she was grateful that their core values and relationships had remained strong.

Phil Robertson and his wife, Miss Kay (born Marsha Kay Carroway), shared a 59-year marriage. Phil passed away in May 2025 at the age of 79.
Phil Robertson, founder of Duck Commander, and his wife Kay raised four sons: Alan, Jason (known as Jase), Willie, and Jep. Phil also has a daughter, Phyllis, from a relationship before his marriage in the 1970s.
It was heartbreaking to hear in December 2024 that Phil was facing early-stage Alzheimer’s. Even with that news, knowing how much his enormous family meant to him, it was really touching to see filming start on *Duck Dynasty: The Revival*. It felt like a tribute to his life, and we were all so excited when it finally premiered in June 2025.
Korie Robertson shared in a private interview that Phil’s diagnosis has been difficult for the entire family. She believes Phil wouldn’t openly acknowledge it, but it’s clearly impacted Willie, causing him to deeply consider what he wants his lasting impact to be.
Jase married Missy Robertson in 1990.
The couple share sons Reed Robertson and Cole Robertson, as well as daughter Mia Robertson.
Although Jase helped create some of the famous calls used by Duck Commander, he’s not the one family members turn to for predicting the future.
I originally doubted the show would be a success,” he admitted to Fox News after *Duck Dynasty* became incredibly popular. “Our family is definitely unique, but I didn’t believe viewers would be interested in watching us.
Oh my gosh, Reed is a dad! He and Brighton Robertson have *three* kids together, which is just the sweetest! And Cole… well, Cole is getting married to Emily Hamn! Can you believe it? He proposed in March 2025 – I nearly fainted when I heard! They’re both so happy, it’s amazing!
Willie Robertson has led Duck Commander as CEO since 2002, but with the start of *Duck Dynasty: The Revival*, he’s beginning to plan his retirement.
In 1992, he married Korie Howard, and together they have six children. Their family includes Rebecca Robertson, who joined them as a 16-year-old exchange student in 2004 after being born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Taiwan, and was fully embraced as one of their own. They also have John Luke Robertson, Sadie Robertson, Bella Robertson, Will Robertson Jr. (adopted at 5 weeks old in 2001), and Rowdy Robertson (adopted in 2016 when he was 13 years old).
The couple are now grandparents to nine children. Their son, John Luke, and his wife, Mary Kate Robertson, have three children: sons John Shepherd and Wells, and daughter Ella. Their daughter, Sadie, and her husband, Christian Huff, have three daughters. Rebecca and her husband, John Reed, have two sons, Zane and Xander, and a daughter named Holland.
Will tied the knot with Abby Kay Robertson in 2023.
Sadie and Christian got married in 2019 at the Louisiana home of the Robertson family. Christian founded 4:8 Men, a fitness company based on faith.
The host of the *That’s Good* podcast shared with *People* magazine that when someone makes you a better person and is your closest friend, you naturally want to be with them every day. They expressed excitement about finally being able to spend each day together.
The couple has three daughters: Honey James Huff, born in May 2021; Haven Belle Huff, born in May 2023; and Kit Carroway Huff, who arrived in August 2025.
Youngest Robertson brother Jep has been married to Jessica since 2001.
They share three daughters—Lily, Merritt and Priscilla—as well as sons River and Gus.
The family is expanding quickly! Lily and Austin Staulbaum welcomed their son, Winston Ezelle Stalbaum, in February 2025. Merritt and Tyler Metro are expecting a baby in December, and Jessica recently announced that Priscilla is pregnant with a daughter, due in October.
Silas Robertson, known affectionately as Uncle Si to viewers of *Duck Dynasty*, has been happily married to Christine Robertson since 1971. He’s often remembered as the standout younger brother in the show.
The Army vet and his bride share daughter Trasa and son Scott.
Trasa and her husband, Kyle Coburn, are parents to four sons. Scott also has four children with his wife, Marsha Robertson, who is a musician and plays in a band with her father-in-law called Uncle Si & the Sicotics.
Phil discovered later in life that he had a daughter he didn’t know about, the result of an affair he’d had in the 1970s.
I was absolutely devastated when Phil announced it on their podcast, *Unashamed*, back in March 2020. Hearing it from him and the boys – Al, Jase, Willie, and Jep – just… it hit different. I’ve been listening to them for years, and it felt like losing a part of the family!
Al shared that he received a letter from Phyllis Thomas suggesting they might be siblings. After considering it, Al spoke with his parents, and Phil agreed to take a DNA test to confirm.
Phyllis was subsequently welcomed into the fold.
Korie explained to TopMob News in 2023 that Kay immediately embraced Phyllis when she joined the family. “From the very beginning, Kay welcomed her and she quickly became one of us,” Korie said.
