It’s becoming increasingly difficult to disconnect from the internet and maintain privacy, especially with the popularity of engaging TikTok trends and the addictive nature of social media.
Alas, thats exactly what the 14 contestants of the all-new season of Hunted are attempting to do.
Using tools like security cameras, automatic number plate recognition, tracker dogs, and nationwide media coverage, the Hunted HQ team makes it extremely difficult for contestants to avoid capture. However, if anyone manages to stay hidden, they’ll win a fantastic prize.
The contestants who successfully avoid being caught for the longest time will win a portion of the £100,000 prize, adding even more stress to this year’s competition.
Meet the full cast of Hunted 2025 below.
Ste and Chris

Age: Ste is 47 and Chris is 46
Job: Ste is a project manager and Chris is a charity worker
Ste and Chris, friends from Warrington, have been fans of the show for a long time. Ste applied hoping to raise awareness about blindness, explaining that people with visual impairments are rarely represented on television, and when they are, it’s often through outdated stereotypes.
Being on Hunted was a huge motivation for me because I wanted to challenge a common stereotype. People with my condition are often underestimated, both on television and even within the low vision community itself.
The pair has spent a lot of time building connections across the country, preparing for the show’s launch and ensuring they have a support system if needed.
Ste explained that they realized they have a wide network of friends and acquaintances. While they’re close, they each have their own separate groups and connections that don’t overlap.
We realized, between the two of us, that we had a strong network of contacts all over the country. We simply worked to map out that network and figure out what resources we could use.
Robin and Andrew

Age: Andrew is 51, Robin is 37
Job: Andrew is a farmer and Robin is an agricultural electrician
Robin and Andrew, a pair of friends, joined the show to challenge how people often view farmers. They’re both adventurous and enjoy a good challenge.
I recently spoke with Andrew, a sixth-generation farmer, and he really painted a picture of farm life. He explained that farming isn’t just a job for his family, it’s *everything*. He’s been working the land since he was a little kid – practically since he could walk – and has been doing the same seasonal tasks year after year. It’s clearly in his blood.
I also wanted to show people that we’re more than just simple farmers. I wanted to prove I had other skills and could not only survive, but actually succeed, in a completely new and challenging situation, he explained.
Saffron and Dionne

Age: Saffron is 25 and Dionne is 55
Job: Saffron is a solicitor and Dionne is a payroll and compliance manager
Saffron and Dionne, a mother-daughter team, hadn’t watched the show “Hunted” before becoming contestants. They only started watching after being selected! Their preparation was pretty laid-back – mostly just having fun, joking around, and enjoying a final sushi dinner before the competition began.
They probably should have seen the show before participating, as they strongly disliked parts of it. One of them explained, “I didn’t like being without my own money or having to ask for food. It was also frustrating not having a phone.”
“I hated it. I hated having to beg for a shower. All of it. Literally,” said Saffron.
Marie and Sean

Age: Sean is 47 and Marie is 43
Job: Sean is a sweep driver and Marie is a team leader in insurance
Sean and Marie, a couple from Bristol, joined the show as huge fans. They used a strategy of constant caution, with Marie admitting they were paranoid during filming. Surprisingly, she thinks this actually helped them succeed.
Marie explained that she noticed a pattern while watching: those who were suspicious and worried seemed to succeed the most. She added, “That’s where my own paranoia came from – I was worried the entire time.”
Sean explained that they had arranged for some help, but cautioned everyone about the Hunters. He advised them, “When someone comes to check things out, don’t let them wander around your house by themselves.”
Emma and Jenni

Age: Jenni is 34 and Emma is 38
Job: Jenni is a prison officer and Emma is a business owner
Jenni and Emma are sisters with very different tastes. Emma loves the show *Hunted* and dreamed of being a contestant, but Jenni had never even watched it – she only joined the show to make her sister happy.
Emma and Jenni have a great balance. Emma tends to be organized and takes charge, while Jenni adds fun and a lively personality.
Even though they often disagree, they weren’t concerned about arguments during their trip. As sisters, they understand each other well. They can easily tell when the other is upset or in a bad mood, just by looking at each other.
Cameron and Simran

Age: Cameron is 27 and Simran is 28
Job: Cameron is a decorator and Simran is a social media manager
Cameron and Simran, a couple preparing for marriage, decided to participate in the show *Hunted* to see how well they could work together under pressure. Cameron found the experience incredibly stressful, while Simran described it as exciting, difficult, and ultimately life-changing.
They confessed they hadn’t prepared much, choosing to go with their gut feelings instead of making detailed plans. Despite this, their different ways of thinking actually helped them work well together.
Simran confessed that they and her partner were likely the only ones who hadn’t made any concrete plans. They had a general sense of what they wanted, but they deliberately decided to be spontaneous and avoid detailed planning.
Shaq and Warren

Age: Warren is 35 and Shaq is 31
Job: Warren and Shaw are both builders
Warren and Shaq, who are brothers-in-law, always considered themselves logical and strategic thinkers, so they felt ready for the challenge of the show *Hunted*.
Warren explained to Channel 4 that he felt ready for the show, even before it was confirmed they’d be participating. He attributes this to his natural ability to think creatively and enjoy tackling challenges.
Shaq learned from past seasons of the show and cleverly prepared by having a friend act as a stand-in for him. He said that was the only planning he did, and everything else he did on the spot.
Hunted begins on Sunday 12th October at 9pm on Channel 4.
