Ariana Madix knows what it takes for a jaw-dropping villa entrance.
The host of *Love Island USA* is known for showing off her toned physique when she arrives at the Fiji villa, often wearing a stunning outfit. People are curious about how she achieves this impressive look.
Ariana shared with TopMob News’ Francesca Amiker that she’s been prioritizing fitness, doing weightlifting almost daily and cardio on most days. She revealed this at The Environmental Media Association’s 35th Annual EMA Awards Gala on October 11th.
She explained that even when she doesn’t feel her best – like during her period – she still pushes herself and pretends to be okay.
The 40-year-old, who co-hosted the gala with Harry Jowsey, isn’t very strict about what she eats.
She confessed she doesn’t have a strict diet, but she does make an effort to eat enough protein and fiber, as she shared on the red carpet.
She doesn’t obsess over her diet, but she does have a few guidelines. “I avoid eating a lot of carbs right before bed,” she explained, “but otherwise, I don’t really limit what I eat.”
Having her longtime boyfriend, Daniel Wai, as her trainer is also beneficial for Ariana, though it does have both advantages and disadvantages.
Daniel explained to TopMob that coaching someone you’re dating is different than working with a typical client. However, he noted that Ariana thrives with that approach, readily following instructions and proactively seeking assistance when necessary.
The 41-year-old, who revealed he was dating the reality star in April 2023, shared more details about Ariana’s rigorous workout schedule, which involves five days of weightlifting and five days of cardio.
He explained that her workout plan was tailored to what she was good at and where she needed improvement. Since her rear shoulders and triceps were weaker, they focused on those areas with extra exercises. Her workouts lasted between 60 and 90 minutes, followed by about an hour of cardio. He emphasized that achieving this level of progress takes significant time and dedication, and she was completely committed.
He agreed with Ariana’s description of her diet, explaining that she simply focuses on eating foods packed with nutrients and balancing her macros – proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
He stressed that you don’t have to cut anything out completely. Enjoying treats is fine, as long as you plan for them. This helps you stick to your goals in the long run and prevents the problems that often come with diets that are too strict, which can actually lead to overeating.

She prioritizes consistency in her fitness routine, whether it’s stretching at home or going for a walk outside. She tries to work out regularly, in whatever way is accessible to her.
The Grammy-winning artist shared that moving to New York City was a turning point for her health and fitness. “Just walking around the city gives you a great workout,” she told *People* magazine in a recent interview. As a busy lifestyle expert, people always ask me how I fit everything in! I recently shared with TopMob News the one exercise I *always* make time for, even when my schedule is completely packed. It’s a non-negotiable for me – prioritizing movement is key to staying balanced and energized!
I’m able to walk my dog around the hills, which is really important to me – I need to get her exercise too. But honestly, any kind of movement, even just five or ten minutes, is essential for me to stay active.
When she has time to exercise, she enjoys mixing things up. “I love being able to do different workouts like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,” she said. “That variety is what I like best.”
Okay, so I *have* to move every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Honestly, one of my favorite things to do is just blast some music and dance around my room! It seriously makes me feel amazing – it’s the perfect way to just let everything go and feel good. I can’t even explain it, I just *need* to do it!
The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
He explained to *Us Weekly* that he enjoys doing this every day, allowing him to take care of work – like answering emails and calls – while riding in a golf cart or walking outdoors. He finds it much more enjoyable because of being surrounded by nature and sunshine, which he says is refreshing and revitalizing.
I’ve been really into VR for exercise lately. We got a headset just as lockdowns started, and it’s been a lifesaver! There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m often surprisingly sore afterward.
I usually go to the gym, but currently I’m doing Pilates classes online with my instructor, Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to jump rope 2,000 times every day.
We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for Pilates, usually about thirty minutes, with Andrea Rodgers, and I do foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh.
I’ve been stuck at home for the past few months, and running while listening to music has been a fantastic way to cope. It always leaves me feeling energized and in a great mood!
“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”
I connect with and inspire my followers through my Brooke Burke Body app! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on both the app and Instagram to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – high-energy workouts where we turn up the music and get moving. Remember, cardio should get your heart pumping – if you’re not sweating, push yourself harder!
I’ve been staying active with workouts from the obé Fitness app – I’ve been enjoying their Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga classes. I also take virtual Pilates classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I do quick express workouts with Lauren Gores that she posts on Instagram.
I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away, ending up practicing for around two hours.
My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s a tough coach, and I thrive on it! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by doing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.
I’ve been having fun dancing around my apartment – I just put on music and let loose! Sometimes I follow a beat, other times I move more freely, and occasionally I even twerk. I’ve also been getting outside for hikes.
I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The workouts focus on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s my absolute favorite way to stay fit!
