Surviving Mars: Relaunched launches November 10

On November 10th, Paradox Interactive and Haemimont Games will release *Surviving Mars: Relaunched*, an updated and expanded version of the original *Surviving Mars* game. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store.

The game will come in two versions: a Standard Edition for $39.99 / £34.99 / €39.99 and an Ultimate Edition for $59.99 / £49.99 / €59.99. If you already own *Surviving Mars* and buy *Surviving Mars: Relaunched* on the same platform, you can get the base game for a reduced price of $19.99 / £17.50 / €19.99. The Ultimate Edition will be available at a discounted price of $39.99 / £34.99 / €39.99 for existing owners.

The Ultimate Edition comes with the “Prime Mission Expansion Pass.” This pass unlocks the new in-game sponsor, “Interplanetary Codex,” immediately, and gives you access to two future expansions: “Feeding the Future” (coming in the second quarter of 2026) and “Machine Utopia” (coming in the fourth quarter of 2026). The Ultimate Edition introduces a new Mission Sponsor called “Interplanetary Codex.” This organization isn’t just focused on reaching Mars; they want to build a fully functioning society and plan its future government. Players working with them will get a special Law Office building and tools to negotiate with Earth. However, continued funding depends on gaining the support of different groups within the Martian colony.

Future updates to the Ultimate Edition will add two major expansions. “Feeding the Future” will improve how players manage food and production, adding more detailed options and meals that impact colonists’ well-being and mental state. “Machine Utopia” will introduce robots and large-scale industrial capabilities to help develop the Martian colony.
