Luno, sometimes called Unbound Luno, is a key currency in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. Unlike other in-game currencies, you can’t obtain it by simply playing and collecting items.
Unbound Luno is mainly used in the Trading Center to buy materials and items from other players. But the question is, how do you actually earn a good amount of it?
Well, that’s exactly what we’re going to answer in this guide!
Luno Farming Guide | Blue Protocol: Star Resonance
The only reliable way to get Unbound Luno in this game is by using the Trading Center. You can access it from the main menu while playing.
The Trading Center lets you sell items to other players. You list what you want to sell, and they use their Unbound Luno to buy it. After the sale, you’ll receive Unbound Luno, minus any Trading Center fees.
As we’ve discussed, the Trading Center relies on players to set prices, so the value of items changes frequently. This is made even more dynamic by the game’s system of unlocking content over time, based on real-world days since the game launched.
Basically, it’s important to understand what other players are looking for. Items that are essential for popular, high-performing classes will almost always be in demand. Think about things like Gems that improve the key stats for those classes – those tend to sell well.
A good way to figure out what items will be in demand is to watch for server-wide unlock events. For instance, on Day 8, materials needed for Smelting will likely be popular because that’s when the next level of the Mastery skill becomes available.
Keeping up with what’s popular can be tricky, but it’s really worth it if you want to get the most out of Unbound Luno!
Suggestions on What to Sell
Life Skill Materials Are Consistent
Okay, so if you’re new and need some quick cash, I’ve found selling stuff you get from Life Skills is a really good way to go. Other players are *always* buying them! Especially the materials that are hard to get because they need Focus – those are the ones that sell for the most, in my experience.
Gems are a great item to sell, and you can create them pretty easily with Gemcrafting. Dyes, made through Artisanry, are also popular because many players like to customize the color of their outfits.
Because you’re using Life Skills frequently, how much Unbound Luno you earn will depend on your Focus level. Use Focus Potions to increase your farming efficiency with Life Skills, and then sell the materials you gather in the Trading Center to earn Unbound Luno.
Keep in mind, you’ll likely need some of these items to improve your own abilities! Therefore, aim to strike a balance between selling materials and keeping what you need. It’s best to only sell extra materials you don’t immediately require.
Life Skill materials generally bring in a small, steady income. At the very least, list any extra materials you have on the Trading Center to earn a little extra.
Battle Wills Give High Profits, But Are Rare
You might also be able to sell Battle Wills if you’re fortunate. These are the core components needed to make Battle Imagines – think of them as the instructions or blueprints.
You can’t get Battle Wills that you can sell through the Wish gacha system. Instead, you’ll need to earn them by defeating Elite Enemies and Bosses. The in-game Monster Hunt feature can help you find these enemies.
We don’t recommend actively trying to farm Battle Wills just to sell them – it’s not a good use of your time. Instead, we suggest selling only the Battle Wills you happen to get as drops if you don’t plan on using them yourself.
If you’re still thinking of collecting these items to sell, it’s important to see which ones are in demand. For instance, Muku Chief and Frost Ogre are currently used in many popular builds, so they generally sell for over 100,000 Luno.
That covers everything you need to know about making money – or “farming” – for Unbound Luno in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. Simply put, you earn by selling in-demand items through the Trading Center. Keep an eye on how the game changes and use that knowledge to anticipate what items will be popular and profitable.
