To build excitement for the Disney+ release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Marvel Studios shared a 10-hour video focusing on Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who plays The Thing. After the movie came out, Marvel featured Moss-Bachrach heavily in its promotional materials, showing behind-the-scenes footage of him preparing for the role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor, known for his work in The Bear, is now continuing this momentum with the film’s release on digital platforms and streaming services.
Marvel Entertainment posted a 10-hour video on YouTube featuring Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing from The Fantastic Four. The video, titled “Fantastic Four’s Ben ‘The Thing’ Grimm Waiting | 10-Hour Peaceful Ambient Noises | Marvel Ambiance,” simply shows Ben Grimm, in costume, standing in the kitchen of the Baxter Building. He remains silent while peaceful background sounds and a ticking clock play throughout.

To mark its debut on Disney+, a new 48-second trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps was released on Disney+’s social media channels. The trailer showcased key scenes from the movie, focusing heavily on how the team came together and the events leading up to Ben Grimm’s famous catchphrase, “It’s Clobberin’ Time!”
The new movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, is the 37th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and kicks off Phase 6. Starring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, the film follows the team four years after they gain their powers. They initially battle minor villains before facing a much larger threat from Galactus and the Silver Surfer. The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be available to stream on Disney+ starting November 5th.
Where The Thing & The Fantastic Four Go From Here

Although a second solo movie hasn’t been announced yet, the Fantastic Four will definitely return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They’re currently confirmed to appear in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday film, where they’ll team up with the Avengers, New Avengers, and X-Men to battle Doctor Doom.
In the final scene of The Fantastic Four, Victor Von Doom is shown meeting Franklin Richards, the young son of Sue and Reed Richards. Because Franklin is believed to be incredibly powerful, with the ability to warp reality itself, it’s likely Doom is attempting to harness that power and control the entire multiverse.
Because Reed Richards is considered one of the smartest people on Earth, and the entire Fantastic Four is incredibly skilled, they’ll be essential in defeating Doctor Doom. However, like everyone else, they’ll initially be unaware of his full power and will discover just how dangerous he is as the conflict unfolds.
Although Doom will be the central focus in both Doomsday and Secret Wars, the team will be important to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe story for many years to come.
