Kim Kardashian Reveals Why Rob Kardashian Returned to Reality TV

Kim Kardashian is confident Rob Kardashian can keep up with fans’ hopes. 

Kim Kardashian was hopeful that her brother, Rob, would appear on camera again after he made a brief appearance in the first episode of season seven of The Kardashians. Rob had stopped participating in the family’s reality show back in 2017.

Kim explained on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy with Andy Cohen that he’s very open to dating when he’s feeling up to it. She said he’s fun and playful, but has simply been choosing to take things easy lately.

Kim Kardashian, mother to North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6) with her ex-husband Kanye West, says her brother Rob seems happy to have been on their family show to say farewell to their mother, Kris Jenner’s, former house. She notes he was eager to participate.

Kim Kardashian and her sisters – Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner – have enjoyed having the whole family involved in their reality show, but they don’t want to pressure anyone to participate.

Kim explained that they respect anyone who doesn’t want to participate. She added that everyone has different aspirations, and someone initially hesitant has now said they’re okay with it.

Rob Kardashian, father to 8-year-old Dream with his ex, Blac Chyna, recently appeared on his family’s reality show. He had previously explained to his sister, Khloé, why he’s generally avoided public attention in recent years.

Rob explained in an interview with Khloe Kardashian that he doesn’t want to film reality TV if he’s not feeling good about himself. He said he’s not comfortable with being so open and vulnerable on camera, and doesn’t want to share his personal life when he’s not in a good headspace.

Despite not appearing in recent filming, Rob Kardashian clarified that he doesn’t have any issues with his family.

He assured everyone there were no issues between them, explaining that the situation was entirely his own doing.

At the time, Rob also clarified himself that there are situations when he loves filming. 

He said he feels best when he’s positive, genuine, and confident. Spending time with his family is also really important to him and makes him happy.
