Serenity Forge is bringing their rhythm-based visual novel, Puppergeist, to Xbox Series and PC. It will be available on Steam and the Microsoft Store, though a specific release date hasn’t been revealed yet.
Serenity Forge developed this game, with NomnomNami, the artist behind BAD END THEATER, leading the creative and artistic vision. The game’s music will feature compositions from Kris Wilson, who co-created Cyanide & Happiness, and other yet-to-be-revealed artists.

While exploring the Doggie Underworld, you’ll meet many lost dog spirits, each with a unique story. Spend time with them – play, connect, and listen to what they have to say. By using your musicality to cheer them up and help them with their problems, you’ll get closer to finding your own beloved dog.
The Heart of the Game
This visual novel combines storytelling with rhythm-based gameplay. You progress through the story by successfully completing rhythm challenges. Along the way, Claire befriends a demon named Lunne and learns to connect with dog spirits, discovering heartwarming and sometimes sad tales of friendship, love, and loss. Each rhythm game is different, and there are also remixes and extra features to enjoy.
