Okay, so I found another key in ARC Raiders and was totally stuck on what it unlocked! This guide quickly shows you where to get the Buried City Residential Master Key and, more importantly, where to use it. Trust me, it’s worth the effort – like with all the single-use keys in this game, the loot behind that locked door is seriously good!
Where to Find the Key
Okay, so finding the Buried City Residential Master Key can be a pain, but it’s basically a random piece of loot you get from searching drawers and cabinets in houses. I’ve had the best luck farming it in the Ruby Residence on the Dam Battlegrounds map – that place seems to drop it more often than anywhere else, at least for me.
You might also be able to find the key – this particular one – on the second floor of the Research and Admin Building. Check every drawer and cabinet thoroughly. Keep in mind that finding a key isn’t guaranteed, but these locations have given me the best results.
Where to Use the Key
After you’ve obtained the key, go to the Buried City map. Then, make your way to the Grandioso Apartments located in the West Village.
There’s a broken window on the side of the building that leads inside. Once you climb through, you’ll see a door immediately to your left. You can unlock it with the Buried City Residential Master Key, but it only works once, so make sure you’re prepared before using it.
Rewards
This room is packed with valuable items! You can find an Epic Tempest I assault rifle here – it’s one of the best in the game. Don’t forget to check the Security Breach container for even more rewards. Be thorough and search every drawer and container to collect uncommon and rare materials.
Okay, so I finally figured out how to get the Buried City Residential Master Key in ARC Raiders! Basically, you just need to check the right areas, and it’s yours. Just a heads-up though – watch out for enemies who also want that sweet loot! They’ll try to steal it if you’re not careful.
