While players are still discovering secrets in Battlefield 6, one person recently found a hidden room that was surprisingly easy to overlook.
A hidden room has been discovered in the game’s shooting range, and a player found several items inside.
A dedicated player found a way to glitch inside a hidden area of the main shooting range.
He then went on to r/Battlefield to share his discovery. Here’s the room in question:
The room doesn’t seem to have a clear use right now. It’s empty – there are no chests with valuables, weapons, or places where enemies might appear.
It feels less like a deliberate design choice and more like an unfinished space. But when it comes to secrets in first-person shooter games, that ambiguity actually makes it more interesting.
Based on what people have discovered, the secret area is quite simple. It looks like a testing ground or temporary space, with basic features like empty walls, often exposed ceilings, and only a few items inside.
So, I’ve heard a theory that this room was actually a testing ground for the game developers. Like, they used it to try out different vehicles or game features way back when they were still building the game. It was probably an internal thing, just for them to experiment with stuff before it went live.
Someone commented that the image resembles a garage, and the glass might be a window looking outdoors. They suggested it could be where vehicles were once kept or tested – a neat discovery!

As a fan, I’ve been seeing a lot of discussion about this area in the game. Some people think it could become available later on, maybe as something we unlock or during a special event. But others believe it’s just a leftover part of the development process and won’t ever actually be used in the game. It’s definitely got people talking!
Currently, the developers haven’t confirmed whether the room was designed for a particular use.
Why Discovering Such Hidden Rooms is Exciting for a Lot of Players
Finding a secret room in a popular online game is a big deal, and people are excited about it for several reasons.
Players really enjoy finding Easter eggs and secret content in games. Uncovering something undocumented or unexpected adds an extra layer of depth and makes the game more intriguing.
Secret spots in games often give clues about future downloadable content, events, or new features. If a hidden room seems like a placeholder for something yet to be released, it likely means more content is coming soon.

One user commented:
Ideally, this would allow players to switch weapons during gameplay without going back to the main menu. It seems like they either ran out of time or faced too many technical difficulties to make it happen.
Currently, Electronic Arts and the developers of Battlefield 6 haven’t officially said anything about the secret room.
This means it’s either not a big concern right now, or they have a plan they haven’t shared yet.
