The “Keeping the Memory” quest in ARC Raiders is one of the fastest and simplest in the game. All you need to do is return a helmet to a memorial, but finding the helmet itself can be a little tricky. Our guide will walk you through the process step-by-step to help you complete the quest.
Locating the Helmet
There are three objectives for the quest:
- Reach the wreckage in the Formical Hills.
- Search for the missing helmet.
- Return the helmet to the memorial.
First, head to Formical Hills on the Dam Battlegrounds map. Then, look for a place called Wreckage – it’s east of Scrap Yard and right next to the Testing Annex. That’s where you’ll find the helmet.
When you reach the location, look carefully for the helmet – it’s not easily visible. It’s hidden behind a small bush and a rock. Get close enough that you see a message saying “Quest Item” appear when you point at it or scan the area. Once you see the message, pick up the helmet.
Returning the Helmet
Once you have the helmet, scan the area nearby – you should see a stick sticking out of the ground with wires wrapped around it. This is a memorial marker. Go up to it and interact with it to place the helmet back. Doing so will finish the quest.
And that is it. No big enemies, no extra locations. Just an act of remembrance.
Rewards and Wrap-Up
To finish this task, go to the Traders section, select Celeste, and click ‘complete’. You’ll also get some bonus experience points, which is a nice perk!
