Loric Games announced that their airship-based, open-world survival RPG, Echoes of Elysium, will be available on Steam in Early Access starting December 4th.
Loric Games describes their new game, Echoes of Elysium, as a long-held ambition. Co-founder Ray Soto explained in a statement that they aimed to create a vast, dynamic world where players have genuine freedom. Players can design and command their own spaceships, explore the game world at their own pace, and shape their unique story. The game supports both solo and cooperative play, and every choice a player makes will lead to new experiences. This sense of exploration and discovery is at the heart of the game’s design.
The game’s Early Access version lets you experience the main gameplay features and explore a large world made of randomly generated islands. You can craft items, battle enemies, and unlock better gear – including weapons, tools, and parts for your airship – eventually leading to a challenging boss fight. During the 12-16 months of Early Access, we’ll be adding more content like new environments, crafting recipes, advanced airship upgrades, and story elements, all building towards the full game release.
