Kelly Clarkson had to catch her breath after this comment.
The singer, known for her hit “Breakaway,” revealed that a former manager once suggested she get plastic surgery.
Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe what happened to Kelly Clarkson! She was telling this story on stage the other night, and I was losing it! Apparently, some awful manager actually told her she needed a boob job! Can you even imagine?! She was so over it, she said she told him, ‘Why don’t you get a… well, you know,’ and I just screamed! She said she was perfectly happy with her natural chest and told him to get lost! Seriously, Kelly is a queen, and I’m so glad she stood up for herself! It was hilarious and empowering all at once!
It really struck me when she asked the audience, “Who says that kind of thing?” Because honestly, people do say it – all the time, especially within our industry. It’s wild, the things people casually say. It made me realize how much we’ve just accepted as normal when it’s actually… completely crazy. I was thinking, ‘Wow, we’ve gotten used to this bizarre behavior!’
Okay, seriously, she’s SO right! She was just talking about how easy it is for celebrities to get work done, and she said everyone looks like they stepped straight out of The Capitol from The Hunger Games! It’s totally true, I’ve noticed it too! They all have that perfectly polished, almost unreal look, and it’s because they can afford whatever they want. I’m obsessed with everything she says, and this just proves she gets it!
Kelly recently resumed her Las Vegas residency after pausing it following the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. She shared a straightforward message: prioritize your own well-being.
She said, “Don’t force me.” Then, with a touch of vanity, she added, “I like my small breasts. They’ve always been good to me.”
Kelly, mother to River Rose, 11, and Remington Alexander, 9, has been open about discussing her body. She’s previously talked about her experiences with weight loss, including changes to her diet, exercise routine, and use of medication.
She said her doctor encouraged her to try it for about two years, but she was hesitant because of existing thyroid issues. She shared this on her May 2024 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, clarifying that people assume she used Ozempic, but that wasn’t the case.

She described the treatment as unusual, explaining that it helps her body process sugar, something it normally struggles to do.
The former coach from The Voice, who is 5-foot-3, revealed she once weighed over 203 pounds. She was motivated to get healthy after receiving concerning blood test results.
Moving to New York City allowed her to make lifestyle changes, and she started taking medication at the same time.
She told People magazine that walking around the city is a great way to exercise. She’s also been enjoying infrared saunas and recently decided to try a cold plunge after friends convinced her.
Kelly shared that she follows a balanced diet and has lost weight by taking her doctor’s advice, something she hadn’t consistently done for a couple of years. She mentioned she’s able to stick to it about 90% of the time, as a protein-rich diet naturally works well for her.
Kelly isn’t alone in sharing her path to fitness and health. Here’s a look at how other celebrities have transformed their bodies.

Kaley Cuoco, eight months after giving birth to her daughter Matilda with Tom Pelphrey, shared why she enjoys treadmill workouts as she gets back in shape.
She told Today.com that walking on an incline is great for both muscle strength and blood flow. She also recommends walking backwards, saying it’s fantastic for toning your glutes and legs and provides a full-body workout.

Becky shared how getting fit was key to a fantastic 2023. In an interview with TopMob News, she explained, “Ultimately, I’m the one who benefits most from being healthier.” She added that sticking with a healthy lifestyle means you’ll spend more of your life with that habit than without it, and that’s a positive way to look at it.
She prioritizes consistency in her fitness routine, whether that means stretching at home, going for a walk outdoors, or doing any workout she can fit in.

The Grammy-winning artist shared how her move to New York City motivated her to focus on her health and fitness. “Simply walking around the city provides a great workout,” Kelly told People magazine in a recent interview. She also mentioned she’s been enjoying infrared saunas and recently added a cold plunge to her routine after friends encouraged her to try it.

Julianne shared with TopMob News the one workout she always makes time for, even when she’s incredibly busy.
I’m able to stay active by walking my dog in the hills,” she explained. “It’s important to get her exercise, too. But really, any kind of movement – even just five or ten minutes – is crucial for me to keep my body going.
When she has time to exercise, she enjoys a mix of activities. ‘I love being able to do things like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,’ she said. ‘Being able to switch between different types of workouts is what I like best because it keeps things interesting.’

I make sure to get some movement in every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I might put on music and dance – it’s a fantastic way to relax and boost my mood.

The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
He told Us Weekly that he enjoys doing this every day, allowing him to take calls or answer emails while riding in a golf cart or walking around. He finds it much more enjoyable than being indoors, appreciating the opportunity to be in nature and feel the sun, which he says is refreshing and revitalizing.

I’ve been really into VR for exercise lately. We got a headset just as lockdowns started, and it’s been a lifesaver! There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m often surprisingly sore afterwards.

I usually go to the gym, but right now I’m doing Pilates classes online with Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to jump rope 2,000 times every day.

We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for Pilates, usually about thirty minutes, with Andrea Rodgers, and I do foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh.

I’ve been stuck at home for the last few months, and running while listening to music has been a fantastic way to cope. It always leaves me feeling energized and in a good mood!

“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”

I connect with and inspire people through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on both the app and Instagram, trying to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – turning up the music, letting everyone find their groove, and getting a great workout. Remember, cardio should get your heart pumping – if you’re not sweating, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough!

I’ve been staying active with workouts from the obé Fitness app, including Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga. I also enjoy virtual Pilates classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I do quick workouts by Lauren Gores on Instagram.

I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away exploring different poses and techniques. What starts as a quick session usually ends up lasting around two hours.

My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s a tough coach, and I thrive on that energy! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.

I’ve been having fun dancing around my apartment – I just put on music and let loose! Sometimes I follow a routine, other times I move however the music feels, and occasionally I even twerk. I’ve also been getting outdoors and going hiking.

I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The focus is on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s my absolute favorite way to stay in shape.
