Fate of Kim Kardashian-Led Series All’s Fair Revealed After Season One

What, like it’s hard?

Hulu announced on November 24th that it’s bringing back All’s Fair for another season. The series, which stars Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts, and Naomi Watts, received negative reviews from critics.

Even though critics didn’t like it—the show even had a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes at one point—the legal drama did very well on Hulu. The streaming service said the series, created by Ryan Murphy, had the best premiere of any original scripted show on Hulu in three years, attracting 3.2 million viewers worldwide in its first three days.

Interestingly, the negative reviews for the episode ‘All’s Fair’ almost became a trademark for the show. Kim even playfully used the criticism to help promote it on social media.

She playfully asked on Instagram on November 6th, just two days after the show launched, “Have you started watching the year’s most talked-about series?” All’s Fair is now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.

Kim Kardashian, who has four children – North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5) – with her ex-husband Kanye West, intentionally shared screenshots of both positive and negative tweets about the show between photos in her social media post.

One viewer called the acting terrible, the plot completely predictable, and the fashion choices absurd. Despite all that, they admitted to being completely hooked and wanting more – even up to fourteen seasons!

One tweet suggested the show actually benefited from negative reviews, claiming that critics’ unfavorable opinions led more people to tune in and enjoy All’s Fair.

And Kim wasn’t the only star to defend the series. Glenn stood behind All’s Fair during a recent interview, maintaining that its doing what it set out to do.

She told The Guardian in a recent interview that she’s watched all nine episodes and thought it was surprisingly good. She described it as a mix of drama, excitement, and genuinely moving moments, saying, “It is what it is.”

The Oscar-nominated actor also explained that Kim Kardashian’s success wasn’t due to acting skill, but rather to the strong team she built around herself.

Glenn described her as wonderful and intelligent. He was particularly impressed with how dedicated she was to her children. While they were filming, she was studying for her law degree, and he even saw her using flashcards to prepare near the end of the shoot.

As we eagerly await news on when All’s Fair will be back for season two, I wanted to share a peek at some other exciting shows coming next year. Let’s keep the good times rolling with plenty of new content!

Instead, he constantly finds himself caught up in the dramas, conflicts, and personal lives of the townspeople. Unbeknownst to them, Martin’s gruff exterior hides a new, crippling phobia and past trauma that make it difficult for him to connect with others. But the determined and close-knit community might be exactly what he needs.
