A major new update for Ghost of Tsushima is now available on PS5, and the biggest addition is a New Game Plus mode. Last week, the game’s developer, Sucker Punch Productions, announced that New Game Plus was coming soon, along with other improvements to the open-world game. Fans were eager to learn all the details, and now the full update is here!
Update 1.100 for Ghost of Tsushima is now available to download and is the game’s biggest update since its release last October. The update largely focuses on New Game Plus, adding new cosmetic items, trophies, and armor. Sucker Punch has also added support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and a new “Balanced” graphics mode. Players will also enjoy quality-of-life improvements like automatic looting of defeated enemies, the ability to skip some mini-games, and an extra loadout slot.
In addition to New Game Plus, Sucker Punch has improved other parts of Ghost of Tsushima. The game is now more stable on PS5 with fewer crashes, and several visual glitches have been corrected. They’ve also fixed issues in specific missions, as well as problems with the photo mode and autosave features.
