Ryan Seacrest Reveals “Trick” When Showcasing Arm Workouts

Seacrest’s arms are out. 

Ryan Seacrest shared a peek at his arm workout and revealed a simple trick to help anyone achieve a similar physique for social media photos.

In a recent Instagram video posted on November 23rd, the 50-year-old showed off his physique while doing bicep curls with heavy dumbbells. He was wearing a tight-fitting shirt and shorts. He jokingly revealed the secret to looking good in the video: wearing a t-shirt that’s two sizes too small. The Wheel of Fortune host clearly enjoys staying in shape!

Ryan’s impressive results caught the attention of his friends, and Michael Bublé playfully said he was looking forward to seeing Ryan in the upcoming Terminator reboot.

Oh my god, you guys, Carson Kressley just said the funniest thing! Apparently, after seeing one of the queens’ looks, he joked that he finally knows where he needs to get his workout clothes – and it’s Baby Gap! I’m dying, seriously! Only Carson could pull that off and make it so hilarious. I need to screenshot everything!

The host of On Air loves to share his tough workouts. Last October, Ryan posted a video of a full-body routine that included a weighted vest, ankle weights, and dumbbells. He joked that his ankles were exhausted, saying, “Joint statement from my ankles: we quit!”

Ryan is getting back into shape after being injured nearly a year ago. He initially tried to recover by pushing himself too hard with exercise and diet. As he nears his 50th birthday, he’s been reflecting on how his body has changed over time.

The talented individual admitted he wasn’t feeling as youthful as he expected as he approached the next year of his life.

Ryan shared with TopMob News in December 2024 that his situation had worsened. He explained he’d developed tendonitis, and things were now moving in the opposite direction of what he’d hoped. He jokingly added that it seemed like as soon as he mentioned things were going well, they’d immediately take a turn for the worse.

The Grammy-winning artist shared how her move to New York City motivated her to focus on her health and fitness. “Simply walking around the city provides a great workout,” Kelly told People magazine in a recent interview. She also mentioned she’s been enjoying infrared saunas and recently added a cold plunge to her routine, admitting she gave in to encouragement from others.”

Julianne shared with TopMob News the one workout she always makes time for, even when she’s incredibly busy.

I’m able to walk my dog around the hills, which is really important for both of us,” the Dancing With the Stars contestant explained. “But really, any kind of movement – even just five or ten minutes – is essential for me to keep my body going.”

When she has time to exercise, she enjoys mixing up her workouts. ‘I love being able to do different things like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,’ she said. ‘That variety is what I like best.’

I make sure to get some movement in every day, even if it’s just for a short while. I might put on some music and dance – it’s a fantastic way to relax and boost my mood.

The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve found that incorporating a bit of outdoor time into my workday is a total game-changer. I actually prefer taking calls or responding to emails while I’m out on the golf course – even just walking around does the trick! It’s so much more enjoyable being surrounded by nature and sunshine; honestly, it’s incredibly refreshing and helps me clear my head. It’s a little thing that makes a big difference in my overall well-being.

I’ve really been enjoying VR as a way to exercise lately. We got a headset just when lockdowns started, and it’s been a lifesaver! There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m actually pretty sore afterwards – it’s fantastic!

I usually go to the gym, but currently I’m doing Pilates classes online with my instructor, Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to do 2,000 jump rope swings every day.

We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for pilates, usually about thirty minutes, with Andrea Rodgers, and I do foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh.

I’ve been stuck at home for the last few months, and running while listening to music has been a fantastic way to cope. It always leaves me feeling energized and in a great mood!

Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on both the app and Instagram, trying to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – high-energy sessions where we turn up the music, find our groove, and get a great workout! Remember, cardio should get your heart pumping – if you’re not sweating, push yourself harder!

I’ve been staying active with workouts from the obé Fitness app, including Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga. I also enjoy virtual Pilates classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I’ll often do quick workouts from Lauren Gores on Instagram.

I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away, ending up practicing for around two hours.

My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s a tough coach, and I thrive on it! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program through Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.

I’ve been having fun dancing around my apartment lately. I put on music and just let myself move – sometimes it’s a planned routine, other times it’s more freeform, and occasionally I just twerk! I’ve also been getting out for hikes.

I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The focus is on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s my absolute favorite way to stay in shape.
