Spend Time With the Kids and Become the Best Caretaker Around!

Now that Kiryu is running Morning Glory Orphanage, you’re responsible for caring for the kids who live there. You’ll spend your time doing everyday things with them – cooking meals, gardening, helping with schoolwork, fishing, and going on bug-catching adventures.

Help out with tasks and build relationships with the orphans to make Kiryu more powerful. The more you act like a father figure, the more options and activities will become available.

Spending time with the children each day will reveal touching personal stories about their lives. You’ll also see a different side of Kiryu as he learns about their hopes and dreams!

A rank that represents Kiryu’s growth as a caretaker at Morning Glory.

Kiryu isn’t skilled at housework initially and can only cook curry. However, as he consistently helps with chores, he’ll become a better cook and learn to make more dishes.

Mine Spearheads a Major PR Campaign

Okay, so I’m playing as Mine, and my job is basically to be Kanda’s PR manager. I have to help him get a better reputation and work his way up the ladder. It’s all about using my smarts and what I know to handle different jobs and problems that come his way.

The people of Kamurocho are facing a lot of difficulties. Helping them out will improve how the public views Kanda. Keep an eye out for those with especially tough problems – you won’t want to miss Mine’s approach to solving them!

As you make progress in Kanda Damage Control, you’ll unlock Drink Links, which let you build a stronger connection with Kanda.

Drink Links

Mine is working hard to improve Kanda’s image in the community, and Kanda feels it’s time to show appreciation.

He invites Mine to a very special place: the brothel he frequents.

Unable to refuse the kind gesture from his sworn brother, Mine tags along.

With time to kill in the waiting room, the two get to chatting.

During a casual chat, Mine starts to realize Kanda is worried about something unexpected.

Good Deed Quests

Mine needs to investigate the strange events occurring in town, based on plans developed by Zenba, who works under Kanda.

Many stories await at the end of each lead, including ones seeped in tragedy.

Witness the normally cool Mine tackle the people of Kamurocho’s troubles head-on.

Helping the Little People

Take on missions that involve aiding distressed civilians to raise Kanda’s reputation.

Whether someone’s being bullied or just having a really bad allergy day, there are people in town who could use your help! Go out and see how you can make a difference.

Damage Control Challenge

You can complete a variety of Damage Control Challenge missions to raise Kanda’s reputation.

These range from taking out punks on the streets to winning big in minigames.

Charisma Rank

Kanda is initially seen as worthless by the public, but through hard work, he has the potential to become highly respected and even transform as a person, potentially reaching a god-like status by the end.

The game Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will be released on February 12, 2026, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (via Steam).
