RHOA’s Porsha Williams Debuts Girlfriend Patrice “Sway” McKinney

Porsha Williams is peachy keen on her new romance.

About six months after completing her divorce from Simon Guobadia, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed she is now dating Patrice “Sway” McKinney.

Sway and Porsha shared affectionate photos on Instagram on November 28th, posing in front of a Christmas tree and playfully laughing together. One picture showed Sway playfully grabbing Porsha’s rear while giving her a kiss on the cheek.

In one of the videos, the Bravo star and the stylist were seen dancing at a nightclub. The star had her arm around the stylist and leaned her head on her shoulder.

Porsha wished @sway_thepro a happy birthday and expressed hope that the coming year would be filled with everything they desire and even more.

She added, “Can’t wait to act up saturday!”

Porsha, who ended her relationship with Simon in February 2024, recently shared that she’s narrowed down her dating options to just two people. She also confirmed, for the first time, that one of those people is a woman.

I’ve narrowed down my choices to two people,” she shared with fans at CultureCon 2025 in a video from the event. “Both of them are really nice.”

Once the crowd had reacted to her announcement, the 44-year-old—who shares 6-year-old daughter Pilar with her ex, Dennis McKinley—shared her thoughts on dating.

She explained she was trying to determine if these people were genuine. She’d been discussing with her therapist how difficult it was to connect with them, because unlike people with narcissistic tendencies—who initially overwhelm you with affection and appear flawless—these individuals didn’t behave that way. They weren’t mirroring her or offering that intense, early attention.

I’m so glad to hear Porsha’s new guys are really holding her accountable! She said they’re actually challenging her and not just letting her do whatever she wants, which is exactly what she needs.

While some viewers were surprised by her announcement, the new contestant on Traitors had previously suggested she struggled to form connections with men, and hinted her dating life would change after her split from Simon.

After a difficult breakup, I just didn’t feel interested in anyone,” Porsha shared with People magazine in June. “I even questioned if I was attracted to women and wondered if a relationship with a woman could help me move on. But I wasn’t quite there yet, though I think I will be eventually.”

Even though Porsha Williams is no longer a cast member on Real Housewives of Atlanta, she made a significant impact on the show. Keep reading to find out where TopMob ranks her among all the Housewives throughout the series’ history.

Bravo’s reality show about Washington D.C. featured a group of women who didn’t exactly make a lasting impression—Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner. One of them even went to extreme lengths for attention, crashing a party at the White House. We’ll share more about that story later.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

The newest cast member on The Real Housewives of Utah had a dramatic and short run on the show. In January 2022, Jennie was let go after old, offensive Facebook posts with racially insensitive content were discovered online. She did issue an apology, but the show decided the posts were too damaging to ignore.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

Dr. Jen didn’t cause much drama in season 16, and her short-lived marital issues with her husband, Ryne, weren’t very exciting. But we’ll always remember when she got noticeably tipsy on wine at the Dubrows’ famously uncomfortable—but surprisingly fun—dinner party.

The TV show about nurse anesthetists had a disastrous first season, and it all came down to one embarrassing incident – an event now unfortunately known as ‘Esophagus-gate’.

Katie frequently discussed her charitable efforts, but she didn’t offer much beyond that on the show. She seemed to make a brief appearance and then didn’t really engage as a supportive friend. Plus, leaving the cast’s trip early is a major breach of etiquette in the world of Housewives.

Charrisse is mostly remembered for her highly publicized marital issues during her two seasons on the show, and for her extravagant champagne room.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

Although it was refreshing to see some diversity on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy became a difficult cast member in season 12. She frequently started strange arguments, often over misunderstandings of simple words, and her decision to isolate herself during the Iceland trip showed she wasn’t suited for the show’s lifestyle.

Nneka’s first season on the show focused on a dramatic accusation – she claimed Wendy Osefo’s mother practiced witchcraft. It’s a shame they didn’t connect over their Nigerian heritage, as the season was filled with unresolved conflict instead of a developing friendship.

Noella brought a lot of chaotic energy to season 16. Although viewers felt for her – her husband, James, unexpectedly left and filed for divorce just before filming began – it was her ongoing conflict with Heather Dubrow that kept her from being the least popular cast member. Perhaps with more time on the show, viewers will connect with Noella.

She went from being a peacemaker in her first season to facing accusations of anti-Semitism and complaining about a cake fight in her second—and final—season. It’s hard to think of a Real Housewives star who lost popularity so quickly.

Okay, let’s talk about relationships and reading between the lines. I’ve noticed a pattern with Amber and Jim, and honestly, it felt like they were trying too hard. Everything they did seemed a little forced, a little… desperate. And what really stood out to me was that Jim seemed to be at the center of most of the issues – he was much more involved in the drama than Amber. That imbalance just doesn’t feel healthy, and it definitely raised a few red flags for me.

From what everyone recalls, Karent was a dentist, but her colleagues didn’t seem to get along with her. Moving on!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Jules was only on RHONY for one season, so it’s hard to place her higher on a ranking list. Still, she definitely brought the drama during her time on the show.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina was a successful Arab woman who skillfully balanced a modern lifestyle with her cultural heritage. She mostly stayed out of the drama during the first season and sometimes didn’t get as much attention as her more outgoing co-stars.

Taleen joined the second season of RHODubai and made a positive impression, but it’s hard to get a full sense of her personality after just one season of the show.

Though known from America’s Next Top Model, this personality didn’t make a big impact on The Real Housewives of Atlanta beyond her long pregnancy. She did deliver a memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo, though!

Usually, we like to see how a new Housewife does over at least one full season before ranking them highly. But Katie made a huge impact right away on season 18 of RHOC, immediately challenging veteran Housewife Heather Dubrow. It takes guts to question someone like Ms. Fancypants!

To be frank, Stephanie wasn’t a favorite of ours. Although she had the potential to be a compelling Housewife due to her wealth, we didn’t appreciate how she constantly used her private jet to try and control the other women on the show during season seven. It just didn’t sit right with us.

Maybe Steph can redeem herself if she returns for season eight.

Sara was known for her optimistic and positive attitude, which made her a joy to be around, though things were usually quite calm around her – except for the occasion when she gave her co-star, Caroline Brooks, some unsolicited parenting advice! More importantly, she challenged common ideas about modern Muslim women in the Middle East, and that’s something to be celebrated.

The new cast members on season 13 of RHONJ quickly fell into familiar patterns for New Jersey Housewives, getting caught up in a drawn-out and ultimately meaningless feud – one that even Andy Cohen called pointless. Sadly, their second season didn’t offer much more depth or substance.

Okay, so Larsa was kinda forgettable when RHOM first started, she didn’t really make a splash and then just…left. But when Peacock brought the show back in 2021? Oh. My. God. Everything was about her being Kim Kardashian’s old bestie! It was ALL anyone talked about. And, okay, let’s be real, there was also that whole thing with her selling pictures of her feet on OnlyFans… it was a LOT, and honestly, I was hooked!

After appearing on Bravo TV for one season, Ana tried out for season 12 of Next Food Network Star in 2016, but wasn’t selected.
