If you’re annoyed by constantly returning to the dock to check your salvaged items in Old School RuneScape (OSRS), you’ll want to get the Salvaging Station Schematic quickly.
This blueprint lets you create a Salvaging Station, perfect for sorting through recovered items right on your boat! It’s a great way to save time when you’re out exploring.
In this quick guide, we’ll tell you where and how to find this useful schematic.
How to Get The Salvaging Station Schematic | OSRS

You begin the process of getting the Salvaging Station Schematic as soon as you arrive at The Pandemonium by completing the “Pandemonium” quest.
When you arrive, stand in the location marked on the map. It’s a short distance east of the entrance to Pandemonium Cave.

Simply dig in that location with a spade, and you’ll find a small key. That’s all there is to the first step!

Once you reach Sailing level 42, you’ll need to travel to Chinchompa Island. It’s located just south of Port Piscarilius.

When you arrive at Chinchompa Island, look for the Lockbox pictured above. The island is quite small, so it should be easy to find, though we’ve marked it for you just in case!
Okay, so I figured it out! You just need to use that little key we got back in The Pandemonium on the lockbox. Once you do, boom – you instantly get the Salvaging Station Schematic. Easy peasy!
You can now build a Salvaging Station and add it to your boat using the customization options. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
- Level 42 Sailing
- Level 34 Construction
- Teak Planks x4
- Steel Nails x16
So, that’s everything you need to know to get the Salvaging Station blueprint in Old School RuneScape! Now you won’t have to travel all the way to a dock just to sort your salvaged items.
