The epic conflict between heroes and villains in My Hero Academia is finished, but the anime isn’t over yet. Now, the story is focusing on the aftermath and the emotional challenges the heroes face. Shoto Todoroki, in particular, is dealing with a lot, especially considering his complicated relationship with his villainous brother, Dabi. To celebrate the series and give fans a final look, creator Kohei Horikoshi has released a new image of the popular hero after the biggest battle of the show.
The ninth episode of My Hero Academia’s final season features several key events: Deku’s recovery in the hospital, heroes working to restore society, and the graduation of prominent UA students. The episode’s highlight is likely the Todoroki family’s visit with Dabi, who is heavily restrained and visibly weakened from their recent battle. Despite his condition, Dabi remains hostile towards his family, and Endeavor reveals a surprising plan that could change the course of his son’s life.

Shoto’s Future
Good news for fans of My Hero Academia: there are still a few episodes left before the anime concludes! While we won’t spoil anything, you can expect big things to happen with Shoto and Class 1-A. Even after the main villains are dealt with and peace is restored with Dabi, the series will wrap up lingering questions before the very last episode.
Though Shoto’s story may be concluding, fans can still look forward to seeing more of the former top hero, Endeavor. The upcoming return of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes will explore the past of Hero Society, and Enji Todoroki is expected to appear. While the creator, Kohei Horikoshi, doesn’t seem to be planning a continuation of My Hero Academia, there’s still hope for the future of these heroes.
