Alix Earle isn’t dancing on her own.
The influencer responded to rumors that she and her boyfriend, Braxton Berrios, had split up. The speculation started after a fan noticed they hadn’t been seen together and questioned their relationship, as they began dating in 2023.
On November 28th, Alix, 24, shared a TikTok video reflecting on her time on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars. She and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, were runners-up to Robert Irwin and Witney Carson, which led a follower to ask about her relationship with an NFL wide receiver.
Someone messaged Alix, hoping she and Braxton were still dating. Alix responded that Braxton couldn’t be with her because he had a football commitment.
Braxton’s busy schedule playing for the Houston Texans meant he couldn’t be at the ballroom for most of the latest season of the show. However, the 30-year-old still showed his support for his girlfriend throughout the competition. He even sent a pre-recorded video message of encouragement, which was played during the November 25th finale.
Braxton said, ‘I’ve seen how much effort you’ve put into this from the very beginning, and it really makes a difference.’ He finished with a supportive, ‘Good luck, and have fun!’
Although Alix didn’t win the Mirrorball trophy, she still had a positive experience on the show, especially because of the strong connection she made with her partner, Val, over the course of the competition.
“Dancing every day has been incredible – it’s been really fulfilling and a great way to cope with stress,” she shared with Will Marfuggi from TopMob News after the show. “And having a wonderful best friend who always encourages and supports me has been the best part.”
Alix even became emotional as she reflected on the end of her DWTS journey.
She said she was still processing the fact that it was over. The night had flown by, filled with excitement, and the realization of it all finally hit her hard. Despite the sadness of it ending, she described it as the best night ever, and couldn’t have asked for it to go any better.

The NFL player posted a cute photo in late September showing his TikTok star partner cheering him on from the sidelines.
Alix shared this PDA pic on Instagram in October, writing, “hbd nfl man.”
The couple took a trip to the Bahamas in November during the Miami Dolphins’ bye week.
Braxton posted a series of pics from the getaway on his Instagram page, writing, “Worth the wait.”
