As a long-time Tales fan, I was so excited to see Bandai Namco just released a special video celebrating 30 years of the series! It’s amazing to think it all started with Tales of Phantasia way back on December 15th, 1995 – that was 30 years ago today in Japan. It feels like just yesterday I was first discovering this incredible RPG!
The Tales of series will be celebrating its 30th anniversary on December 15, 2025, and the creators want to thank fans for making it possible. They see this anniversary not as a conclusion, but as the start of a new chapter. They plan to continue creating stories in the beloved Tales of style and look forward to sharing them with fans for years to come.
