I saw his latest Instagram post and it was amazing! He was totally showing off after a sauna – picture him standing there, hands on his hips, looking great! He simply captioned it ‘After sauna’ on December 19th, but honestly, he didn’t need many words. It spoke for itself!

Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t build his impressive physique overnight; it was the result of years of dedication. He revealed that he began weight training at the young age of 12.

He explained in an interview with Piers Morgan that he prioritizes consistency in his daily life, focusing on getting enough sleep and sticking to good habits.

This means he works out at the gym two or three times a week, lifting weights during those sessions.

Cristiano said he only needs to work out twice a week because he burns a lot of fat playing soccer. He emphasized that the key is just being consistent, saying, ‘If you’re consistent, it’s easy. Trust me.’

But having a healthy diet is also crucial.

To stay in shape, exercise needs to go hand-in-hand with healthy eating,” the athlete explained in a 2015 interview with Hello magazine. “I focus on a diet rich in protein, complex carbohydrates like whole grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables, while steering clear of sugary treats.”

I don’t drink alcohol either,” he added. “When you exercise consistently, it’s crucial to maintain high energy levels so your body can perform at its best.

Finally, Cristiano—who has been with his partner Georgina Rodríguez for nearly a decade—also prioritizes mental toughness.

While training and physical conditioning are key, a relaxed lifestyle is also crucial for peak physical and mental performance, he said. He personally prioritizes spending time with loved ones to stay relaxed and maintain a positive outlook.
