Celebrity Masterchef Christmas Cook-Off 2025 line-up: Confirmed cast for festive special

Celebrity MasterChef is bringing back its Christmas Cook-Off, where four famous faces will compete for the Golden Whisk trophy.

In this special episode, the participants will complete two challenges. First, they’ll open a Secret Santa box containing a recipe and all the ingredients to make a festive Christmas dish.

Contestants will have just two hours to create a two-course Christmas dinner – and anyone who’s attempted a full Christmas meal knows that’s a really tight schedule.

As a huge MasterChef fan, I’m really excited to hear who’s joining John Torode and Grace Dent this year! They’ve announced that Vito Coppola – you might know him from Strictly Come Dancing, and he actually won Celebrity MasterChef in 2024 – will be helping them find the next champion. It’s a fun mix of expertise, and I can’t wait to see what he brings to the judging panel!

GK Barry

Job: Internet personality and presenter

GK Barry is a popular online personality who creates funny and relatable content on TikTok and hosts the ‘Saving Grace’ podcast. She recently became the youngest person ever to join the panel on the TV show ‘Loose Women’, and in 2024, she appeared as a contestant on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’.

Kola Bokinni

Age: 33

Job: Actor

Kola Bokinni is an actor known for playing Leyton in Top Boy and Isaac McAdoo, the captain of AFC Richmond, in the Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso. He’s no stranger to TV competitions, having recently appeared on Celebrity Race Across the World with his cousin Mary Ellen in 2024 and Celebrity Bear Hunt earlier in the year.

Nikki Fox

Age: 45

Job: Disability correspondent and TV presenter

As a total movie and TV fanatic, I’ve been following Nikki Fox for a while now. She’s a really fantastic disability correspondent for the BBC, and she also presents and makes documentaries. What I admire is that she’s incredibly open about her own experiences – she was born with muscular dystrophy and has used a wheelchair for most of her life. You might recognize her from shows like Watchdog, The One Show, and Rip-Off Britain. She even co-hosted a really interesting show with Gok Wan back in 2010, ‘How to Look Good Naked with a Disability’ on Channel 4 – it was a surprisingly empowering watch!

Iain Stirling

Age: 37

Job: Stand-up comedian and TV presenter

Iain Stirling is a comedian and TV host who began his career presenting children’s television on CBBC with his canine co-host, Hacker T Dog. He’s now widely recognized as the funny and sarcastic voiceover artist for the popular shows Love Island and Love Island USA. He is married to Laura Whitmore, who also works in television and previously hosted Love Island.

The Celebrity MasterChef Christmas special will be shown on BBC One and iPlayer on Monday, December 22nd at 8pm.
