While people are wondering what Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will do after football, he and Taylor Swift were recently seen enjoying a dinner date at Funke restaurant in Los Angeles.

Actor Victor Garber, known for his role in Alias, looked quite different when he was spotted in Los Angeles on January 12th – he had a full gray beard and was wearing glasses, making him almost unrecognizable.

With the popular series Heated Rivalry gaining attention on Crave and HBO Max, Connor Storrie has announced that a second season of the gay hockey drama is already in the works and progressing rapidly.

This week, Matt Damon appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with his The Rip co-star, Ben Affleck. Fallon asked Damon about his experience filming with director Christopher Nolan last year, and here’s what he had to say:

For years, HBO has been eager to create more shows set in the world of Game of Thrones. They tried developing several spinoffs, including a prequel about the ancient history of Westeros and a series focused on Jon Snow, but both were cancelled because the storylines weren’t quite right. Another potential show, set in the poorer district of King’s Landing, also didn’t move forward. Luckily, there’s still a lot of story to tell in Westeros. House of the Dragon, which premiered in 2022 and continued with a second season in 2024, proved successful. Now, with another Thrones show in development, the future of the franchise looks promising.

Okay, so Hytale officially dropped into Early Access on January 13th, and wow, what a launch! Apparently, over 2.8 million people were playing at the same time just after one day! Now, if you’re like me and automatically went to Steam to grab it, you’re out of luck… for now. It’s not on Steam yet. A key part of the Zelda series has always been its willingness to try new things, and this started very early on with the second game, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. This game continued Link’s story, challenging him to wake Princess Zelda and stop Ganon’s return. Though it sounds like a typical sequel, the developers weren’t afraid to take chances and experiment with the game’s design. While not everyone’s favorite, Zelda II had a lasting impact, shaping every future Zelda game by emphasizing the need for innovation and creative evolution.

Marvel once took the Punisher in a controversial direction, killing him off with a suicide storyline before bringing him back with angelic abilities. However, writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon revitalized the character. Starting with the 2000 series Punisher Vol. 5 and the issue “Welcome Back, Frank,” Ennis, who disliked traditional superheroes, refocused the Punisher on his core elements. He pitted Frank against the newly created Gnucci Crime Family and intentionally avoided crossovers with other heroes. This approach culminated in a significant turning point for the character in 2004.

This also includes shows based on popular Disney/Pixar movies like Toy Story, such as Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. This series imagined what real adventures Buzz Lightyear might have in space. It’s similar to a show Andy might have watched and gotten a toy based on, rather than the more recent movie Lightyear, which attempted a similar idea. Unfortunately, you can’t currently watch Buzz Lightyear of Star Command on Disney+ or any other streaming service.
