A day or so following his declaration that he and Vanessa Mathison were ending their 22-year marriage through divorce, the actor from General Hospital was spotted in Los Angeles on July 31st, out with esthetician Aubree Knight.
After having lunch together at Sweetgreen eatery, they both took a leisurely stroll under the sunshine. For this outing, Cameron opted for a relaxed look, donning a black V-neck T-shirt, white jeans, and flip flops. On the other hand, Aubree, who manages Aubree Knight beauty, was appropriately dressed for the warm weather in a black shirt and matching shorts, accessorized with white sneakers.

Apart from stating that their split was peaceful, they added a personal touch by mentioning, “We continue to be friends and hold nothing but good wishes towards each other. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our privacy while we navigate through this change in our relationship.”
In 1998, the former star of “All My Children” and the photographer crossed paths for the first time. Both were employed as models in New York City at the time. They tied the knot three years after their initial meeting.
Lately, Cameron has been open about his experience during season five of Dancing With The Stars and the reason he didn’t prefer being paired with pro dancer Edyta Sliwinska. He mentioned that he was facing marital troubles with Vanessa back then.
On a recent episode of my podcast, “Sex, Lies and Spray Tans,” I revealed to Dancing With the Stars alum Cheryl Burke that I personally reached out to Deena Katz, who was the casting director at the time. I shared with her, “I’m thrilled you’ve invited me onto the show; I can hardly wait! Just one favor, please – don’t pair me with Edyta.” In other words, I requested not to be partnered with Edyta.
Reflecting on my personal experiences, I can attest to the fact that challenges are an integral part of life. During one such phase, my spouse and I were navigating through a tough period. In this context, Edyta, as is common in our culture, preferred a more modest approach when it came to clothing. This choice was a reflection of her personal values and upbringing, rather than any underlying issue or concern.
Regardless of his preference, the actor ended up working alongside Edyta during the 2007 season, ultimately reaching the final five together.
Cameron reminisced, “She was a hero and she endured me. During that time, I was filming six episodes of ‘All My Children’ in just three days in New York. They would schedule me so that I wouldn’t be in New York when I was supposed to be there, but Edyta was there instead, rehearsing between takes.”
And looking back, Cameron is thankful for the experience.
From my perspective as a lifestyle connoisseur, let me tell you, the past few days have been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. To put it into words, it’s been an exhilarating, over-the-top experience for me. I found myself right in the thick of things, and even managing to keep up was quite a challenge – wild, you could say!
