This 2011 action thriller stars Liam Neeson as Ottway, a wolf hunter who’s part of a group of oil workers stranded in the Alaskan wilderness after a plane crash. He must lead the seven other survivors to safety while being pursued by a pack of wolves. While it features Neeson, The Grey is a slower, more suspenseful film than his Taken movies – it’s similar in tone to A Walk Among the Tombstones. The film also stars Frank Grillo, Dermot Mulroney, Dallas Roberts, and Joe Anderson, and was directed by Joe Carnahan.
