Infinity Watch Series Sees Phil Coulson, Colleen Wing Lead Marvel's Most Powerful Characters (Exclusive)

As a lifelong Marvel fan, I can confidently say that the Infinity Watch is shaping up to be a game-changer in the universe we all know and love. Having followed the development of these characters over the years, it’s fascinating to witness their transformation from mere cosmic entities into sentient beings with their own unique personalities.

As a Marvel enthusiast, I must admit that while The Avengers are earth-shatteringly powerful, they don’t hold the title of most beings in the Marvel Universe. That honor belongs to the groundbreaking Infinity Watch, a group comprised of Star, Overtime, Multitude, Apex, and Quantum – cosmic entities linked to the now sentient Infinity Stones.

Landy remarks, “It’s not every day you get the chance to put together a new squad of heroes… and even rarer when you’re tasked with creating an extraordinary team of misfits and rebels!” He continues, “This group isn’t your typical bunch of fan-favorites like Phil Coulson and Colleen Wing. Instead, they are a motley crew of oddballs, crooks, and, let’s face it, fools who suddenly discover that they possess godlike powers. The world is facing some massive, ominous threats, and crafting these quarrelsome, self-centered powerhouses as they navigate from light-hearted mishaps to life-altering terror has been a delightful challenge. Here’s the question: if your main characters are omnipotent, how formidable must your adversary be to even stand a chance against them?”

Who is Marvel’s Infinity Watch?

The ongoing “Infinity Watch” narrative unfolds after the 2018 “Infinity Wars” event, where Adam Warlock bestowed consciousness upon the Infinity Stones so they could decide their own paths. These stones have since combined with entities such as Star, Overtime, Multitude, Apex (previously known as Powerstone’s prince), and Quantum. Each of these beings has been spotted in various locations within the Marvel Universe. The storyline concerning the Mind Stone will be unveiled in the upcoming “Moon Knight Annual” scheduled for September.

During these events, Thanos crafted a seventh Infinity Stone, known as the Death Stone, capturing Death’s very essence within it. Somehow, this stone found its way to the graveyard where Phil Coulson was buried, leading to his resurrection. Now, Coulson’s destiny is intertwined with the Infinity Stones.

Starting in December, the initial issue of the five-part series titled “Infinity Watch” will be published. Before that, the epic tale of “Infinity Watch” is set to unfold in the upcoming special issues: “Moon Knight Annual“, “Spider-Boy Annual“, and “Avengers Annual“.

INFINITY WATCH FINALE!

I apologize, Thor and Hulk. You’re among the seven most influential beings in the cosmos, each possessing a manifestation of ultimate power – THE INFINITY STONES. Given that more than half of these Stone-wielders aren’t exactly paragons, what does this imply for the Marvel Universe? If Star has her way, we might as well call it the Star Universe. Could Colleen Wing or Phil Coulson sway the scale towards righteousness?
