Starting August 23rd, you can purchase or rent this film digitally. On September 24th, it will also become available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats. With my keen interest in deciphering clues and unraveling secrets, I eagerly followed each cryptic teaser that emerged earlier in the year. The campaign took a turn for the mysterious with the appearance of enigmatic posters and cipher messages hidden within local newspapers.
As a gaming enthusiast, I can’t help but feel the buzz surrounding the home release of “Longlegs”. However, director Perkins has clarified that we fans won’t be treated to an extended director’s cut. Instead, it seems the release will stick to the original version we know and love.
During a Reddit AMA session, someone asked if there would be an extended version of the film, to which Perkins responded, “You’ve already watched the extended version. The movie stayed true to my vision. I believe directors cuts can sometimes be misleading.
