The Story Continues: Bryan Danielson Crowned AEW World Champion at Wembley

As a seasoned wrestling aficionado with decades of ring-side wisdom under my belt, I must say that AEW All In: London was a spectacle for the ages! The main event between Swerve Strickland and Bryan Danielson was nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, filled with nail-biting tension and heartwarming moments.

Bryan Danielson, often called “The American Dragon,” isn’t one to boast about being the best; instead, others praise him. Over the past 25 years, he’s built an incredible legacy, and at the recent event All In: London, he risked his career. Facing Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship, if he lost, he would retire. Luckily for his fans, Danielson kept his career going a bit longer, and now he can add the AEW World Championship to his impressive list of achievements.

As I stepped into the arena for AEW’s All in event, the strains of “The Final Countdown” echoed through Wembley Stadium, setting the stage for what might be my final match. My family, my wife and kids, were there, their faces a mix of pride and apprehension as they watched me enter the ring. The emotion was palpable, making every moment of that match feel even more significant.

As a gamer, throughout most of our game, it seemed like I had the upper hand against Danielson, dealing damage and taunting his family in the process. But what I didn’t count on was Danielson’s signature resilience – he’s known for getting back up no matter how tough things get, even when faced with the bleakest of situations. A severe neck injury couldn’t derail his career, and neither could Swerve Strickland manage to keep him down for long.

Regardless of what Swerve hurled at him, Danielson managed to kick out and keep standing up. However, things truly began shifting when Danielson locked eyes with his family, responding to Swerve’s blows by shouting “I love you so much.” Meanwhile, Adam Page entered the arena in search of Swerve, though he didn’t participate in the match. The ensuing confusion was enough to momentarily distract the champion.

Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely! And here’s a new title holder! The AEW World Champion is “The American Dragon,” Bryan Danielson! Don’t miss out on #AEWAllInLondon LIVE on PPV right now!

It turned out that Danielson managed to make Swerve submit, concluding the match. Since joining AEW in 2022, Strickland had never submitted to an opponent before. Danielson’s victory over this notable AEW champion represents a significant milestone in his career, as he will now take home one of his most prestigious awards from the United Kingdom.

And it’s so exciting to know that career isn’t over just yet.
