As a seasoned viewer of the high seas drama that is “Below Deck,” I must say, it seems like the crew on this show has quite the knack for serving up a veritable smorgasbord of chaos and unpredictability! From love triangles on jet skis to guests who think they’re living in a reality TV version of Fear Factor (and the condom on the nightstand is just the cherry on top), it’s clear that these seafaring souls have seen some things.

Below Deck Mediterranean’s Chef Johnathan “Jono” Shillingford is causing quite a stir, albeit unwanted, with his most recent dinner offering.

TopMob News provides an exclusive advance look at the upcoming August 26th episode of the Bravo series, where the crew member from season nine is seen preparing a lavish dish of tuna carpaccio with pineapple caramel sauce for the fresh set of charter guests.

The only problem? One of the vacationers, Jennifer, is deathly allergic to the dish being served to her.

She admires its beauty, remarking as they all enjoy the fish, “If only I could.”

When someone questions her, Jennifer clarifies, “I don’t eat raw seafood as it could be harmful for me. I made sure to mention this about 15 times in my preference form.”

At first, Jennifer takes the mistake in stride, but she eventually has to inform Captain Sandy Yawn about the serious blunder when she goes to check on the guests during dinner.

She tells Sandy, “I’d love to eat it, but due to an excess of iron in my body, I can’t.” Or, “She explains to Sandy that she wishes she could eat it, but with too much iron in her system, it could be harmful for her if she does.”

Needless to say, the captain is not happy and assures Jennifer, “I’m gonna handle that!”

In a confessional, a fuming Sandy adds, “What the f–k?! This is unacceptable.”

The Captain then confronts Jono in the galley.

She informs him, “One guest has stated on her preference form that she cannot eat raw seafood due to an allergy. Leaving it on her plate is quite a mistake.”

Jono’s reaction? “F–k me, bro.”

Check if Jono’s incident results in a dismissal when Below Deck Mediterranean is broadcast on Monday at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Additionally, continue reading for a recap of some of the most outrageous guest incidents in Below Deck history.

Over the years, the Bravo franchise has been filled with many over-the-top and dramatic incidents due to some challenging and forward guests. One such guest was Georgia, who found herself getting a bit too friendly with stern captain Lee Rosbach.

Occasionally, there comes a time when all you crave is a foam celebration – and that’s exactly what this particularly enthusiastic guest requested. Admittedly, it was quite surprising to witness him reveling in a pool of around four inches of foam while seemingly intoxicated. However, the sheer excitement he displayed made the event just as thrilling.

Let’s discuss the situation with Delores: During season eight of Below Deck, she created quite a stir, both literally and figuratively. After consuming too much alcohol, she decided to take an unexpected swim in the ocean at night, which went against Captain Lee’s instructions for everyone to remain on board. This was an unprecedented action in Captain Lee’s career, as he had to cut Delores’ charter short and ask her to leave the yacht prematurely.

However, while being escorted away on the tender, Delores jumped into the ocean. Bold move, lady.

In season two of ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’, Barrie embarked on the Parsifal III accompanied by his mixed family, which consisted of his future spouse as well as his former husband. This unconventional group created a rather sizeable guest list, causing the crew to be kept quite busy, particularly the chef, Natasha. Even though Barrie didn’t hesitate to send back his breakfast and insisted on being served individually rather than buffet-style, it was evident that the crew had their work cut out for them.

The opening episode of Below Deck season eight was quite noteworthy, particularly because it involved charter guests arguing about deckhand James Hough. Specifically, charter guest Shay claimed him for herself. However, her romantic aspirations were dashed when friend Lexi playfully rode a jet ski with James. This led to a heated argument at dinner, which left the Below Deck crew in shock.

In this episode of Below Deck Mediterranean, it was a night for ladies on the high seas, but as drinks were served, some of the women found themselves getting a bit too friendly with deckhand Jack Stirrup. Luckily, Captain Sandy stepped in just in time to keep things under control.

Onboard the vessel, the team unexpectedly found themselves as unintentional spectators when two passengers decided to get romantic in the crow’s nest, an area visible to all through cameras.

During the very same episode where the crew observed a romantic hookup between two of their guests, they also chanced upon an unfamiliar sight – a discarded condom on the nightstand, indicating that the passengers had never taken it upon themselves to clean up after themselves.

For the majority of instances, the charter guest is considered supreme. Yet, during season two of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, guest Erica asked Captain Glenn Shephard to take action and halt the ship’s movement due to its rocking. However, it must be noted that at that moment, they were right in the midst of a thunderstorm, and Captain Glenn lacked the ability to manipulate the weather conditions.

Among the other notable aspects of this gathering are a woman brimming with tales spanning many hours, allegations of bullying surfacing among the women, and much more captivating details.

In a somewhat extraordinary demand among the guests on the show “Below Deck”, one particular request stands out as particularly absurd due to its randomness. On a certain episode, the guests insisted on having colored gumballs, not just any ordinary ones. If the yacht didn’t carry them, they even hinted at requiring a helicopter delivery.
