Despite her financial struggles, she’s determined to make things work. The show is a compelling mix of drama, dark humor, and genuine emotion, which explains why critics have given it a very high 96% rating.

Since its release in 1986, Howard the Duck has become well-known as one of Marvel’s biggest live-action missteps. Directed by Willard Huyck, the film was a significant failure, both financially and critically. It earned only $37.9 million at the box office despite a production budget of $30-37 million, and it currently holds a dismal 13% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The movie centers around Howard, an anthropomorphic duck from another world, who becomes an unlikely superhero and falls for the woman he rescues. You can currently watch it for free on Tubi, but it will be removed from the platform at the end of April.
Because the new DC Universe is aiming for a less powerful scale overall, some existing villains are simply too strong to fit in. While they could be weakened, that would diminish what made them formidable in the first place. These seven DC villains possess abilities and skills that would overwhelm the DCU’s heroes, making their inclusion impractical.
The Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise began in Japan in 1998 with an animated series by Toei Animation. However, this initial series didn’t follow the story of the original manga very closely, introducing different characters and emphasizing the dangerous duel aspects of the manga’s early chapters. It wasn’t particularly successful. The franchise was rebooted in 2000 with Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, which more closely followed the manga and became the widely popular version fans know today.
The next Batman movie, following the 2022 film, has added Sebastian Stan to the cast as Harvey Dent, and Scarlett Johansson as his wife, Gilda Gold. Robert Pattinson will reprise his role as Batman, with Colin Farrell returning as the Penguin and Andy Serkis as Alfred. Matt Reeves is directing again, and he co-wrote the script with Mattson Tomlin.
