Get ready to say goodbye to The Goonies on streaming! The classic 1985 adventure film will be leaving both Netflix and HBO Max on January 1st. That gives subscribers until December 31st to watch it. Interestingly, the movie just became available on both platforms recently – HBO Max added it on December 1st and Netflix in October, making its time on streaming quite brief. Directed by Richard Donner and starring Sean Astin, Josh Brolin, and others, The Goonies follows a group of kids in Oregon who find a treasure map and embark on an adventure to save their homes. It’s a much-loved film, so fans will want to watch it before it’s gone!
