As a long-time fan of Red Dead Redemption since its original release, I couldn’t be more ecstatic about the news that it’s finally coming to PC! After years of waiting, Rockstar has heard our pleas and is bringing this classic cowboy adventure to a new generation of gamers.
Finally, we’re pleased to say that Red Dead Redemption is releasing on PC.
Rockstar has finally announced that their cowboy-themed classic, originally released for Xbox 360, will now be available on PC. This version includes the Undead Nightmare expansion as well.
Best of all, the RDR1 PC release date is right around the corner.
After its debut on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in August 2023, the long-awaited open-world adventure game will now also be available on PC. A demand from fans that has been voiced for quite some time.

The Red Dead Redemption PC release date is Tuesday 29th October, Rockstar has confirmed.
It will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store and Rockstar Store.

As a film enthusiast eagerly awaiting the PC release of “Red Dead Redemption”, I’m disappointed to share that at the moment, there’s no option for pre-ordering. However, over on Steam, we can keep our hopes alive by adding the game to our wishlist, waiting for the day it becomes available.

What do we know about Red Dead Redemption on PC?
The PC version of Red Dead Redemption comes with the main game, the Undead Nightmare expansion pack, and additional content from the Game of the Year Edition. However, it does not include any multiplayer components.
