You play as a spirit living inside a clay pot, and you can create more pots to move into. Why? Because your friends are doing the same! You’ll then battle each other in teams of four, using special abilities and smashing pots along the way. Customizing your pot is a big part of the game, and looking good is just as important as winning against your opponents.

The game takes place in West City, where you’re the newest member of the Greater Saiyans, tasked with protecting the world from an unknown danger alongside your teammates. Similar to previous titles, you’ll create and play as your own character, but this time the setting is very different – a futuristic world with its own versions of social media and music streaming, all built into your Scouter.

Despite knowing the final season would be sad and feature significant character deaths, the scene still had a powerful impact on viewers. While some understand the storytelling choice of linking death and new beginnings in the same episode, the decision has sparked a lot of debate, mainly because it differed from the original story. Adaptations often require changes, but many felt this change wasn’t crucial.

The film Spider-Man: Brand New Day heavily focuses on characters experiencing unwanted physical transformations. Peter Parker (Tom Holland) seems to be losing control of his body, potentially developing organic web-shooters against his will. The introduction of a more primal Bruce Banner mirrors this, suggesting these changes are a significant plot point and not just a nod to fans. This version of the Hulk is powerful enough to accurately portray the character’s most challenging storylines from the comics, opening up new possibilities for Marvel Studios.

At CinemaCon, Sony Pictures unveiled Grandgear, a film about giant robots battling in a city, and announced it will hit theaters in 2028. A short teaser was shown, revealing the action. The project, a collaboration between J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot and director Yamazaki, was highly sought after before Sony acquired it in late 2024. The footage featured a classic Gundam-style robot fighting a more uniquely designed opponent. Yamazaki is writing, directing, and producing Grandgear, giving him significant creative control – a result of the success and impact of his film Godzilla Minus One. This full creative freedom is fantastic for the project, and Yamazaki is perfectly suited to bring giant robot battles to life.
