〓Update Details〓

I. New Character

5-Star Character “Ardent Flames Forge the Soul” Xilonen (Geo)

◇ Vision: Geo

◇ Weapon: Sword

◇ The Nanatzcayan’s Name Engraver exhibits exceptional talent in managing both the weighty duties of her profession and maintaining a fulfilling life.

◆ Elemental Skill: Yohual’s Scratch

Xilonen carries three Geo Samplers that create distinct Soundscapes according to the Elemental Affinities (Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, Electro) of her teammates. These Soundscapes trigger Elemental Abilities and Bursts, leading to diverse outcomes, and while they are active, they lower the Resistance of nearby adversaries to the corresponding Elements.

Once Xilonen uses her Elemental Ability, she transitions into the Nightsoul’s Blessing state and switches to Blade Roller mode. In this mode, her regular attacks let her execute a series of kicks with her roller blades. She can also move quickly and climb, and activate her Geo Samplers. Upon unlocking the talent “Netotiliztli’s Echoes”, Xilonen’s normal and plunging attacks will either earn Nightsoul points when striking enemies or amplify the damage of those attacks. When the accumulated Nightsoul points reach their limit, all Samplers become active.

◆ Elemental Burst: Ocelotlicue Point!

The ability inflicts Area-of-Effect Geo damage on opponents, and depending on the surrounding environment (Soundscapes), it either restores health for nearby active characters or deals extra Area-of-Effect Geo damage.

II. New Equipment

1. New Weapons (Examples based on Refinement Rank 1)

Peak Patrol Song (5-Star Sword)

After landing a Normal or Plunge Attack on an opponent, your Defense increases by 8% and you receive a 10% boost to all Elemental Damage for 6 seconds. You can have up to two stacks, with one stack able to trigger every 0.1 seconds. When you reach two stacks or refresh the second stack’s duration, all nearby party members’ Elemental Damage Bonus increases by 8% for each 1,000 Defense points you have (up to a maximum of 25.6%) for 15 seconds.

At the “Epitome Invocation” gathering, there’s going to be a significant increase in the chances of obtaining the unique 5-star sword, Peak Patrol Song!

Sturdy Bone (4-Star Sword)

As a gamer, here’s how I’d put it: “My sprint stamina drain is now reduced by 15%, and my regular attacks pack a 16% stronger punch when I’m sprinting! This bonus lasts for 18 uses or 7 seconds before fading out.

At the “Epitome Invocation” gathering, you’ll notice an incredible increase in the chances of obtaining the unique 4-star sword, Sturdy Bone, specifically during this event!

Mountain-Bracing Bolt (4-Star Polearm)

This item reduces Climbing Stamina usage by 15% and boosts your Elemental Skill Damage by 12%. Additionally, when other party members utilize their Elemental Skills, your own Elemental Skill Damage increases by an extra 12% for 8 seconds.

At the “Epitome Invocation” occasion, you’ll notice an enormous increase in the chances of obtaining the unique 4-star polearm, Mountain-Bracing Bolt, exclusively available during this event!

Fruitful Hook (4-Star Claymore)

Boost the Critical Hit Rate of Plunging Attacks by 16%; Following a successful Plunging Attack on an enemy, the damage of all types (Normal, Charged, and Plunging) is enhanced by 16% for a duration of 10 seconds.

At the “Epitome Invocation” gathering, there’s going to be a significant increase in the chances of dropping the unique 4-star weapon, Fruitful Hook (Claymore)!

IV. New Enemies

Secret Source Automaton: Configuration Device

◇ A machine with terrifying destructive capabilities.

When characters reach and sustain the Nightsoul’s Blessing, the Secret Source Automaton: Configuration Device will initiate its Adaptive Defense Strategy. After these measures are finished, the Configuration Device begins to arm its Boltsphere Cannon. During this period, the Configuration Device activates its Accretion System to mine Solid Phlogiston and gather phlogiston. This system creates an energy aura. To sabotage the system and halt the charging of the Boltsphere Cannon, you should first ascend the Solid Phlogiston and enter the energy field.

Located at Toyac Springs.

Tenebrous Mimiflora

◇ A creature hailing from the mysterious, shadowy abyss of another realm, the Tenebrous Mimiflora possesses the ability to imitate diverse natural occurrences.

In battle, the cryptic plant known as Tenebrous Mimiflora can set up a Void Barrier. Some of its assaults build up Damage Over Time (DOT), which after a while will decrease your active character’s health points. To defeat this creature’s barrier, use a certain number of Elemental attacks. Attacks aligned with Nightsoul are particularly effective at bypassing its defenses.

〓Adjustments & Optimizations〓

● Enemies

Alters the moment when the “Rock Swings” ability from the “Eroding Avatar of Lava” enemy is evaluated as damage, making it sync more accurately with its visual animation sequence.

Alters the placement of associated visual effects, specifically when the enemy “Goldflame Qucasaur Tyrant” sets off a “Burning” response.

● Settings

Apart from adjusting settings within the “Others” or “Settings” section, you can now also decide if you want to enable the automatic addition of 5-star artifacts as enhancement materials directly in the “Enhancement Options” on the Artifact upgrade interface.

Apart from adjusting settings through the “Settings/Others” panel, you can now also control the option for “Automatically Lock 4-Star Weapons” within the “Inventory > Weapons” section.

● Spiral Abyss

Once you access the “Spiral Abyss” menu and have earned all the stars by completing levels 1 through 8 (known as the “Abyss Corridor”), you’ll be taken straight to the “Abyssal Moon Spire” interface, which contains levels 9 through 12.

Adds the Spiral Abyss skip function. After the Spiral Abyss update on October 16:

If you’ve fully starred Floor 11 during the last round of the Spiral Abyss, you’ll be eligible to collect the full star rewards for Floor 9 in this new round after the update.

Once you’ve conquered Floor 12 of the Spiral Abyss with perfect scores, you are eligible to collect the complete reward for Floors 9 and 10 of the ongoing Spiral Abyss.

Instead of waiting to collect Chamber Bounties for skipped levels through a review pop-up, you have the option to claim them immediately. On the other hand, the Primogems awarded from the Star’s Bounty must still be collected manually.

● Enhancement and Forging-related

Now, when you access the “Source” for upgrading materials like character advancement materials, character and weapon improvement materials, character skill materials, and weapon upgrade materials, it will show the number of items you can produce.

Now, when using the “Crafting” interface, you’ll be able to sort the necessary materials according to your chosen character. Once you’ve picked a character, you can refine your search even more by considering their specific skills, their ascension level, and the weapons they currently wield.

When you click on Stardust Exchange for high-rarity character and weapon enhancement resources, once all the current materials of the same rarity have been traded, it will change over to materials of a slightly lower rarity automatically.

Optimizes the interactive experience in the Crafting, Forge, and Creation/Furnishings interfaces:

Once you’ve completed the necessary crafting process, the placement icon for the crafted item you’ve chosen will remain fixed.

Performing the required crafting action will prevent the refresh effect from playing on the item list anymore.

● Other Systems

Improves the design and usability of the pop-up interfaces for Character Talent Materials and Weapon Ascension Materials within both “Battle Pass” and “Bundle” offerings, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

Modify the layout of the “Level Up Talent” window’s appearance, and enhance the animation pace to provide a smoother experience while upgrading talents.

As an enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve reorganized the tabs in my “Adventurer Handbook”. Now, the “Trounce Domain” tab will be sorted in a way that makes it easier for me. It’ll be arranged from newest to oldest and also differentiated between unlocked and locked domains. This should provide a more streamlined experience as I navigate through this captivating world of adventure!

Changes the initial page of the “Adventurer Handbook”: if all content under the “Experience” tab has been completed but there are still unfinished tasks on either the “Commissions” or “Guide” tabs, upon your first login and opening the “Adventurer Handbook”, it will automatically open either the “Commissions” or “Guide” page.

“Character > Artifact” Interface Function Optimizations:

The system saves your chosen Artifact set filters and arrangements, so when you re-enter the interface, the Artifacts are organized according to your customized settings from before.

Introduces a fresh button below the Artifacts list on this interface, which allows users to toggle between filtered and non-filtered views.

Now, you’ll find the chosen Artifact affix arrangement option right at the base of the interface.

● Audio

In the 5.1 update, we’ve eliminated previous audio resources, resulting in a reduction of storage space for the audio files compared to the version 5.0.

Enhances the audio effects in specific interface systems, ensuring they’re interactive, and resolves problems where certain open-world objects lack their designated sounds.

Adjusts the volume of music in certain areas in Natlan.

Optimizes the sound attenuation effect when the enemy “Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant” is in flight.

● Other

Adds support for opening multiple “Domain Reliquaries” simultaneously in batches.

Updates the blocking strategy for certain spam and advertising behaviors.

In the thrilling world of “Imaginarium Theater,” I fine-tune the splendor and placement of magical effects whenever I unleash the enchanting “Brilliant Blessings” during battles, adding a touch of wonder to each clash!

Revises the wording of certain “Brilliant Blessings” within the “Imaginarium Theater,” while maintaining the original effects.

In the “Imaginarium Theater,” you now have the flexibility to move between different events by tapping on the left or right sides of your screen, or by using the control buttons provided.

As a seasoned gamer of “Saurian Indwelling”, I’ve just updated the tutorial to provide clear guidance on how to break free from the ‘indwelling’ state. Now, you’ll be well-equipped to navigate the game with ease!

Adjusts certain dialogue text in the Commission Quest “Tending to a Tepetlisaurus.”

Because it’s uncertain when the Monetoo graffiti in the Sulfurous Veins region of Natlan will be fully completed, the special effects of this graffiti will be improved following the update to the next version: the graffiti will be eliminated once the game is finished.

Addresses the problem that occurs when Mualani’s attacks might fail during the preparations for Sharky’s Surging Bite, as a result of the enemies changing their positions. Developers will keep observing Mualani’s combat performance and encourage feedback from players, known as Travelers.

〓Bug Fixes〓

● Quests

Addresses a problem that might occur, causing the game character to get stuck and become unresponsive when exiting the quest zone during the completion of the objective “Gather Contending Sparks” in the Archon Quest “Journey of the Return of the Sacred Flame”, under specific conditions.

Addresses a problem where successfully fighting the required enemies within the World Quest “Blackcliff Woes” for the task “Guard the Chasm’s edge” might hinder the completion of following objectives.

Improves a problem encountered in associated World Quests, where the animations for the tail scarf on the Saurian companion were not present.

Resolves an anomaly in the World Quest “Revelations from the Past”. This issue manifests as irregularities or unexpected visual effects when viewing scenes from Little One’s perspective (Tepetlisaurus Jr.) or when switching back to the main character’s perspective under specific conditions.

● Enemies

Adjusts a problem that occurs during Cooperative Mode, causing the “Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant” to show up in an odd location upon engaging battle under specific conditions.

Addresses a problem encountered in Cooperative Play, specifically regarding the disappearance of the enemy “Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant” under specific conditions.

Resolves an issue in which a character might remain in the Plunging Attack stance for an extended period if they’re shoved against the border of the battlefield by an opponent during combat with “Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant.” (Following this fix, the duration of the Plunging Attack stance will be significantly shortened when a character is pushed against the edge of the battlefield by the enemy.)

As a dedicated player, I’ve found a solution for a problem that prevented the “Love and Non-Communication” achievement from being earned when constantly battling the “Thunder Manifestation” in specific situations.

Addresses a problem where certain characters’ abilities might not function as intended, or vanish when the enemy “Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis” sends the character to the “Realm of Choice.

● Characters

Addresses a problem that causes the special effects around the edges of the camera to flicker and shake unnaturally during Furina’s Elemental Burst in Natlan.

Resolves a problem that causes both the low-altitude and high-altitude landing impact effects to occur at once during a Plunging Attack by Navia, when it strikes the ground.

Addresses a problem that occurs when Mualani or Kachina, while in their Nightsoul’s Blessing state, have an unusual duration for their unique movement ability under specific conditions.

Addresses a problem that potentially caused Mualani to receive excessive fall damage during the execution of Sharky’s Bite, specifically when in the Nightsoul’s Blessing state under specific conditions.

As a devoted fan, I’d like to share that I’ve noticed an oddity in the game mechanics when Kinich, in the Nightsoul’s Blessing state, has less than one second left and triggers the “Scalespiker Cannon” ability. The cooldown time for the Elemental Skill button appears to behave abnormally once the Nightsoul’s Blessing state concludes. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Addresses a problem that causes the associated weather animation for “Scalespiker Cannon,” Kinich’s Elemental Skill, to conclude prematurely prior to the ability’s completion.

Addresses a problem that occurs when Kinich employs his Elemental Skill for an aerial swing concurrently with a Normal Attack, which could lead to an unnatural high leap.

Our team will keep an eye out for any unusual high jumps from the characters, and if we find any future modifications or fixes needed, we’ll inform you, the players, through notifications.

● System

Resolves a problem that prevents you from completing the related Battle Pass mission when you complete Act 8 in “Imaginarium Theater” in Visionary Mode, and finish the finale.

Addresses a problem in the “Forge” interface where, under specific conditions, the daily production of crafted items gets reduced even when the forging of weapon enhancement materials fails because the necessary components were not sufficient.

Addresses a problem that arises when the “Best Score” in the “Rock Hopping” challenge of the Natlan region fails to register, despite the completion of the task under specific conditions.

Resolves a problem that prevented the game from pausing when monitoring enemies from the “Adventurer’s Guide > Enemies” section or transitioning to the “Map” from various resources in Single-Player gameplay.

Resolves the problem where “Strength Tonic” fails to appear under “Archive > Items > Food & Potions.

Addresses a problem where the filter set on the “Food” tab within the “Inventory” user interface unintentionally affected the “Food” tab in the “Parametric Transformer.

● Audio

Adjusts a problem that occurred post-Version 5.0 update, where the levels of specific character movement sound effects were irregular or out of proportion.

In this updated version, we’ll correct textual and voice-over mistakes related to “Long-Necked Rhino” in the Archon Quest “Sun-Scorched Sojourn with Blossoms Ablaze.” These adjustments will be implemented for Japanese and English in future releases.

Fixes an issue whereby there were errors with the Chinese voice-overs during some quests.

Resolves an occurrence in which the appropriate voice prompts fail to activate when acquiring Gaming for the first time via a wish, functioning correctly afterward.

Fixes an issue whereby the English voice-over of Kinich and Ajaw’s interaction does not synchronize with the idle animation.

● Other

Addresses a problem where the visual presentations of “Pyro Crystalfly” and “Coral Butterfly” in Wildlife appear distorted or unnatural.

Fixes an issue whereby certain wildlife like the “Flying Squirrel” could not be captured.

Resolves a problem on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 regarding the incorrect display of the original price in certain currencies for “Gnostic Chorus.” The error affects only the displayed price before discount, with the post-discount actual price and the amount deducted remaining unaffected.

In non-Simplified Chinese versions, we’ll replace certain “shield” effect names with “Ward” within the “Tutorial” menu and other user interfaces. This change was already made for Simplified Chinese in Version 5.0.

Addresses the problem that occurs when a Koholasaur inhabits its body, it fails to absorb Phlogiston during an Aquadash under specific conditions.

As a gamer, I’ve sorted out a problem that occurred when I was playing as a Yumkasaur after gathering “Flamegranates.” The issue was that, under specific conditions, my Yumkasaur would keep jumping straight up into the air indefinitely post-collection. Now, it should function properly!

Resolves a problem that occurred when the “Surprise: Explosive Excitement” effect from “Mystery Caches” within “Imaginarium Theater” failed to trigger properly under specific conditions.

Addresses a problem that causes the game, “Children of Echoes,” to display an unexpected black screen and become unresponsive following character teleportation to the Obsidian Totem Pole on specific computer systems during play.

As a passionate gamer, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve addressed an issue that was causing some trouble with character shadows in Natlan. On specific Android devices, these shadows were appearing unusually. But fear not, fellow gamers! I’ve worked diligently to ensure that this doesn’t happen anymore, so you can enjoy a smoother gaming experience on your device.

On select Android devices, there may be an anomaly with Saurian control within Natlan, causing their models to appear distorted when the camera zooms in during gameplay. This issue can be resolved.

Resolves a problem that occurs when the treasure chest fails to display properly following the collection of the “Apple” and examination of the nearby location close to a Teleport Waypoint in Natlan, under specific conditions.

This update corrects text issues in specific languages and enhances the overall text quality. (Please note that the in-game functions remain unchanged. Players can observe the alterations in various languages by navigating to Paimon Menu > Settings > Language and adjusting the Game Language.)

〓Genius Invokation TCG Balance Adjustment〓

As a gamer, I’ll share an update on my favorite character card, the Eremite Scorching Loremaster. You can check out the official notice “Version 5.1 Genius Invokation TCG Update Details” or simply log into the game post-update to see the improvements we’ve made.

Changes the influence of the “Guardian of Apep’s Oasis” Character Card’s Passive Ability: The number of Awaken, My Kindred summoned at the game’s start is now 5 instead of 6; the shield acquired after summoning 4 Proliferated Organisms is now 1 point rather than 2.

Alters the behavior of Lisa’s standard attacks: Now, her normal attacks will inflict “Conductive” on the active opponent’s character, without requiring a charged attack.

Alter the behavior of Lisa’s “Conductive” attribute: From now on, if the character carrying the “Conductive” status receives damage from either “Violet Arc” or “Lightning Rose”, it will cause the removal of that status and an additional 1 point of damage for every stack of Conductive (previously, this effect could only be activated by damage from “Violet Arc”).

As a fictional gamer here, let me clarify that everything I’m about to describe is purely imaginative and bears no resemblance to real individuals, occurrences, collectives, or entities. Let the game begin!
