Sydney Sweeney, Ana De Armas & Vanessa Kirby’s R-Rated Thriller Soars On Prime Video Streaming Charts

I was really surprised to see the cast Howard assembled for his latest! It’s got Jude Law, who I loved as Yon-Rogg in Captain Marvel, Vanessa Kirby from Fantastic Four, Daniel Brühl who was great in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and even Sydney Sweeney of Madame Web and Ana de Armas, who’s set to star in Ballerina. It didn’t do amazingly well in cinemas, but it’s actually doing really well in some international markets – it’s free if you’re a Prime Video subscriber over there. Here in the US, you can only rent it on Amazon right now. Interestingly, another Ron Howard film is having a moment – How the Grinch Stole Christmas is currently at number four on the charts!

Halo Infinite Update Could Be Good News for Halo 7

Halo Studios recently hosted a livestream to share updates on Halo Infinite. The main focus was Operation: Infinite, a new update arriving on November 18th. However, they also announced that this will be the final major update for the game. After four years, the team is moving on to work on several new Halo projects. While this is disappointing for Halo Infinite fans, it suggests a promising future for the Halo franchise as a whole.

7 Original Comics That Would Make Incredible Sci-Fi Movies

A comic book’s worth isn’t based on its potential as a movie, but it’s true that many fantastic comics could be the basis for a great film—or even a whole series of films. This is especially true in the science fiction genre, which is known for being flexible and offering a wide range of stories, from spooky to hilarious. Here are seven comics I believe would make truly incredible movies.

It’s Been Six Years and The Best Marvel Movie Still Doesn’t Make Sense At All

Time travel is central to the plot of Endgame, with the Avengers going back in time to collect the Infinity Stones and try to fix things. However, the way time travel is presented in the movie doesn’t really make sense. Despite being a good film overall, the time travel rules in Avengers: Endgame are confusing, and even after six years, they remain problematic. The Disney+ series Loki actually highlights these inconsistencies, making the time travel logic even more flawed.

This Underrated $405 Million Sci-Fi Movie Cast A Big-Name Actor For A Sequel That Hasn’t Happened Yet

Most sequels happen because the story suggests more could be told. Either the first film leaves clues about what happens next—like in District 9, where a character vowed to return and a new location was introduced—or the world created in the movie is so expansive that audiences naturally expect more stories to be set there. Occasionally, though, a 2019 science fiction film cast a well-known actor in a brief appearance, hoping to set up a sequel that never actually happened.

Is Batman Really Behind All Crime in Gotham? DC May Have Just Settled The Age Old Question

The question of what Batman’s purpose is in fighting Gotham’s crime might finally be answered. In the comic Batman: The Long Halloween: The Last Halloween #10, Batman directly confronts this idea. While it serves as both a conclusion to Jeph Loeb’s story, which began with The Long Halloween, and an answer to the central question, the response may not be as clear-cut as fans were hoping for.

Star Wars Just Proved Why There’s One Spinoff Film The Franchise Needs ASAP

Star Wars: Visions is an animated series available on Disney+ since 2021, with the latest season (Season 3) released recently. The first season showcased different styles of Japanese anime, while Season 2 broadened its scope with contributions from studios around the world – including Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Season 3 returns to its roots, focusing again on Japanese anime, and begins with a continuation of the most popular short from Season 1.
