As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that the upcoming release of Morkull Ragast’s Rage has me intrigued and excited! The concept of a villain who is self-aware and can break the fourth wall is something that’s rarely seen in games, and it promises to bring a fresh perspective to the genre.
In a side-scrolling style action platformer titled “Morkull Ragast’s Rage,” developed by Disaster Games and published by Selecta Play, will be available for download on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam starting January 16, 2025.
Today, you can get a physical copy of the game for both PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in Europe. As for North America, they’re planning to release a physical version as well, but the specific launch date hasn’t been announced yet.

In this narrative, you’re the one commanding Morkull, the antagonist, who has an unusual self-awareness. He not only recognizes that he is a character within a video game, but also perceives the player manipulating him (you) and the creators who brought him to life (us).
The aim is to assist Morkull in escaping from the Ragast, allowing him to take over the world and execute his malevolent agendas.
