I’ve been candid about my feelings as we approach this final chapter, and following my unexpected appearance at Money in the Bank last year, I’ve shared quite a few insights regarding my upcoming farewell tour.
John Cena revealed some details about his upcoming farewell tour. It won’t conclude at WrestleMania, but that particular WrestleMania will mark his final appearance. However, assuming all goes well, the tour is set to last from January through December. We’re planning a lengthy list of dates, though, due to my other commitments, it might be around 30-40 shows in total. After that, my active wrestling career will come to an end.
Cena mentioned that a part of the business plan he suggested was accepted, which involves him staying connected with the WWE for an extended period. He’s often expressed his affection for the WWE, considering it his home, and just because he feels his physical abilities may be dwindling doesn’t mean he should disconnect from something he holds dear.
As a die-hard moviegoer of wrestling, I can’t help but get fired up during Money in the Bank matches, finding myself yelling at the action unfolding on screen and offering suggestions to the wrestlers about their moves. Even though my days in the ring may be numbered, I believe there’s still a wealth of knowledge inside me that could prove beneficial. I eagerly anticipate wrapping up my time in the squared circle gracefully and continuing as part of the esteemed WWE family for many years to come.
Pre-orders are now open for the Funko Pop of John Cena, priced at $15, until January 13th at 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time. Take a look here!
