After three years together, the pair from “Vanderpump Rules” decided to end their relationship. She announced this news through a post on her Instagram account on January 22nd.

In a recent post, Ally expressed relief that the prosecutors chose not to charge James, as she never wanted any criminal charges in the first place. She clarified that while they had an altercation outside his home due to his drinking problem, she didn’t sustain any physical injuries. Ally admitted she was taken aback by the media headlines and disappointed with how the incident was depicted.

In a press release on January 22nd, it was announced by James’ legal representative that the Burbank City Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue charges following the reality star’s apprehension.

The lawyer added that he will “focus on his sobriety and his DJ career.”

It’s important to remember that the entire series originated from Scheana Shay’s affair with actor Eddie Cibrian, who was married to Brandi Glanville at the time, a star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While Brandi was expecting their second child, Scheana began dating him. Their confrontation at SUR, orchestrated by Lisa Vanderpump, marked the transition from one episode of RHOBH to Vanderpump Rules, making it one of the most covert and messy crossovers ever!
During the entire first season, Jax Taylor insisted that he hadn’t been unfaithful to his girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder. However, in the finale, he finally confessed that, indeed, he had been untrue to her. Specifically, he admitted to having an affair with another woman in Las Vegas and impregnating her.
I must admit, my revelation left Stassi and the entire cast who previously stood by me in the breakup utterly astonished. They had backed me, but little did they know the truth behind my actions.
In the second season of the show, one of the most notorious romantic entanglements occurred when Jax admitted to sleeping with Kristen Doute, who was Stassi’s closest friend and, ironically, Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend at the time.
Kristen initially denied it, but eventually confessed that they had a brief encounter (without a kiss) during the final episode. Interestingly, this happened while Tom was sleeping in another room and they were watching the movie “Drive” featuring Ryan Gosling. This incident led to Stassi’s famous slap against Kristen, with Tom retaliating by punching Jax.
Seasons later, Kristen later admitted to cheating on Tom throughout their six-year relationship.
Following the arrival of Ariana Madix on the cast in the second season, Kristen began to harbor doubts about Tom’s friendship with his coworker bartender. Although both men denied having an affair while Tom was still dating Kristen, Ariana famously retorted, “I’m more intelligent than you, I’m more attractive than you. Just move on,” during a confrontation. However, it wasn’t until the season two reunion that Tom confessed to sharing a kiss with Ariana in a pool when they were both in Las Vegas.
When Andy Cohen inquired about my concerns regarding Tom’s past indiscretions after he admitted to cheating on Kristen on several occasions, I, as someone who has been friends with him for three years and deeply know him, expressed that it’s not a concern for me whatsoever. (A deep breath.)
Following Tom and Ariana going public with their relationship, it was disclosed in season three that a woman had contacted Kristen through Instagram, stating she had previously hooked up with Tom while he was in Miami with Jax and Schwartz. Following their marriage in 2016, Tom Schwartz admitted to kissing one of Lala Kent’s friends while under the influence, during season six.
As an ardent fan, I can’t help but recall an instance when Schwartz was queried about a certain story. His recollection seemed hazy, and he emphatically stated, “Impossible! No, it couldn’t have happened!” This was during a 2018 episode. “Yes, I distinctly remember visiting The Bungalow, but let me tell you, I don’t recall any romantic encounters whatsoever. I was utterly smashed that night, and that’s the only thing I can confirm.
Later on, Schwartz expresses his confusion about his actions during the confessional, stating, “I’m genuinely puzzled and taken aback.
However, Schwartz had previously cheated on Katie while under the influence of alcohol, confessing to a kiss with another woman during season three when he was intoxicated.
After 12 years together, Katie and Schwartz announced their breakup in March 2022.
In a 2014 broadcast, Jax accused Katie of infidelity with Schwartz by “motorboating” an unidentified man. He obtained this information from Scheana. Katie strongly denied the accusation, and in time, Scheana apologized to her fellow cast member.
In a Bravo blog post, Scheana clarified, “I never accused her of cheating; I only shared my observations. After discussing the matter with Katie, I understand it wasn’t as it appeared. When she bent over to remove her shoes, her head was in that area. Additionally, when she was dancing, heavily intoxicated and moving her head back and forth, it seemed like she was ‘grinding’ against this man. However, she did not cheat; I felt she went too far beyond acceptable boundaries.
Following some thorough investigation, such as examining Uber bills, Kristen came to the conclusion that her boyfriend, James Kennedy, had been unfaithful to her with one of Scheana’s friends during season four. He initially denied it to her directly, only stating they might have shared a kiss, but later confessed in an interview, “The reality is, Jenna and I were definitely involved.” And thus, a new memorable .GIF was created!
However, it wasn’t just that incident where James was unfaithful to Kristen. In fact, the DJ had also been involved with Lala, who thought he was single, and Lauren, a SUR hostess who was in a relationship with someone else at the restaurant.
In the fifth season, following his split from Kristen, James started dating Raquel Leviss, a student and beauty pageant competitor. However, their relationship was marred by cheating accusations when Scheana and Kristen unexpectedly showed up at one of James’ DJ performances with three ex-employees of SUR. These women alleged that they had intimate encounters with James during the time he was dating Raquel; they even managed to take pictures of him sleeping as evidence.
In a turn of events, James refuted all the women’s accounts and carried on dating Raquel. However, their engagement was terminated in 2021 after five years, following which he admitted to having had an affair with Lala during the early stages of his relationship with Raquel.
In an interview with TopMob News in February, Raquel admitted she was quite gullible in the past and believed James had never been unfaithful. However, new evidence made it clear that he had indeed been untrue to her on multiple occasions, which was a difficult truth to accept.
2017 saw yet another instance of dishonesty for Jax, as he admitted to having an affair with a former SUR waitress named Faith Stowers. In contrast to his claim during the season six premiere, he eventually confessed after his girlfriend Brittany Cartwright confronted him, and this revelation took place while he was wearing a Taco Bell sweatshirt.
Jax admitted during a private conversation that this wasn’t his first instance of getting caught for dishonesty. He recounted past situations where he had spent months denying the accusations, but it didn’t prove beneficial to him. Furthermore, he mentioned that he and Brittany were facing difficulties (as evident in their 2017 spinoff Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky), which ultimately led him to be with Faith.
Indeed, it was heartbreaking for Brittany when Jax confessed, prompting her to retort with the memorable “May you rot in hell!” Later, despite the initial split, they swiftly reconciled and exchanged vows in June 2019. Two years on, they were blessed with their son, whom they named Cruz.
On March 3, 2023, a significant event occurred within the BCU (Bravo Cinematic Universe), as it was announced that Tom and Ariana had parted ways after nine years together, following reports of a seven-month romance between Tom and Raquel.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram on March 8th, the co-owner of TomTom admitted his mistakes, selfishness, and rash decisions that caused harm to someone dear to him. He acknowledged that no one should have to endure such intense and public pain.
He expressed, “What saddens me most is that I let down Ariana. It was never my intention to cause disappointment, especially among our cherished family members and friends.
Apart from apologizing publicly to Ariana, Raquel admitted that there was no justification for her behavior, expressing regret for her past actions. In a subsequent declaration, she also discussed the potential future of her relationship with Tom.
According to a statement made to TopMob News, Raquel expressed that she prioritizes her health, personal development, and finding comfort in solitude at the moment.
