Ally Lewber is setting the record straight on James Kennedy‘s run-in with the police.
In a recent conversation, she revealed that she and the former Vanderpump Rules cast member had ended their relationship after three years together. She additionally provided insights into the series of events leading up to James’ domestic violence arrest in December, confirming her participation in the reported incident.
On Instagram Story, January 22nd, Ally posted that there was a disagreement, not inside but outside his house, concerning his alcohol consumption once more. Fortunately, she assured us that she did not sustain any physical injuries in the incident.
The astrologer expressed no wish to press charges against James in the past, and thus, she found it pleasing to discover that the Burbank City Attorney’s Office chose not to pursue a prosecution against him.
Ally said, “We’re not a couple anymore, but I’ll continue to stand by James, cheering him on in his sobriety journey and sending positive vibes for his healing.
TopMob News has reached out to James’ rep for comment about the breakup but hasn’t heard back.
At the age of 32, there’s been no public comment from him regarding his separation with Ally. Earlier this year, on January 22nd, his legal representative stated that James is concentrating on maintaining his sobriety and advancing his DJ career following the decision by prosecutors to not pursue his case further.
According to a statement made by Mr. Kennedy’s legal representative to TopMob News, there was insufficient evidence to bring any accusations against him. Moreover, the DJ is reportedly relieved that this issue has been resolved.
On December 10th, at approximately 11:20 PM, authorities were summoned to a residence in the Los Angeles vicinity. Upon arrival, the officers identified that a domestic dispute had occurred and transported James to a nearby police station. Subsequently, he managed to post bail as stated by the Burbank Police Department.
About a week following his detainment, James declared his intention to concentrate on his recovery from addiction, self-improvement, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
On December 17, he expressed on his Instagram story that he’s dedicated towards bringing about significant improvements in his life. He acknowledged that facing difficult times can be tough, but he’s resolute in learning, growing, and advancing with the strong network of support by his side.
Read on for more scandals that have rocked the VPR cast.
It’s essential to remember that the entire series originated from the affair between Scheana Shay and actor Eddie Cibrian, who was then married to Brandi Glanville, a former star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” During this time, Brandi was pregnant with their second child. The confrontation between these two women at SUR, arranged by Lisa Vanderpump, marked the transition from one episode of “RHOBH” to “Vanderpump Rules,” making it one of the sneakiest and messiest crossovers ever!
During the whole first season, Jax Taylor insisted that he hadn’t been unfaithful to his girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder. However, during the finale, he confessed that, in fact, he did cheat with another woman in Las Vegas, and this indiscretion led to her becoming pregnant.
His confession left Stassi, as well as the entire cast who had previously stood by his side during the breakup, absolutely astonished.
In the second season of the show, one of the most notorious romantic entanglements occurred when Jax admitted to having a tryst with Kristen Doute, who was Stassi’s close friend and also Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend at the time.
Initially denying it, Kristen eventually confessed that she and the other person had a non-kissing encounter during the finale. Interestingly, this happened while Tom was asleep in another room as they both watched the movie ‘Drive’ featuring Ryan Gosling. This incident ultimately led to Stassi slapping Kristen and Tom punching Jax.
Seasons later, Kristen later admitted to cheating on Tom throughout their six-year relationship.
Following the introduction of Ariana Madix to the cast in season two, Kristen began harboring doubts about Tom’s friendship with his fellow bartender. Despite their repeated denials of any romantic involvement while Tom was dating Kristen, Ariana famously retorted, “I’m more intelligent than you. I’m more attractive than you. Just move on,” during the SUR waitress’ persistent concerns. However, during the season two reunion, Tom eventually confessed that he and Ariana shared a kiss in a pool while they were both in Las Vegas.
In response to Andy Cohen’s query about her concerns regarding Tom’s past infidelities, Ariana expressed that she has a long-standing friendship with him spanning over three years and possesses a deep understanding of his character. For her personally, it is not a matter of concern at all. (A gentle sigh followed.)
Following Tom and Ariana confirming their relationship, it was disclosed in season three that a woman claimed to have had a romantic encounter with Tom while he was in Miami with Jax and Schwartz. Kristen shared this story on SUR, introducing “Miami Girl” to confront Tom, but Ariana dismissed the accusation after Tom strongly denied it, and the couple walked away.
Initially, it appeared as though Jax appeared to betray his friend by supporting the accusation. Following Tom and Ariana’s split in 2023, Jax – having departed the show in 2020 – posted a mysterious tweet.
He penned down, “On that program, I’ve often stated things that others doubted. Whatever I assert always turns out to be correct in the end.
Following their marriage in 2016, Tom Schwartz admitted to sharing a drunken kiss with a friend of Lala Kent during season six.
When asked about the incident, Schwartz expressed uncertainty about the details, stating in a 2018 episode: “I can’t possibly recall it. No, it didn’t happen,” he said. “Yes, I remember going to The Bungalow, but I don’t recollect kissing anyone. I was drunk that night, and I do remember that.
In a heartfelt confession, I find myself utterly bewildered, astonished beyond words.
However, on a previous occasion, Schwartz had also deceived Katie when he was intoxicated, confessing that he kissed another woman during the third season.
After 12 years together, Katie and Schwartz announced their breakup in March 2022.
In a 2014 broadcast, Jax alleged that Katie had been unfaithful to Schwartz by performing an act known as “motorboating” on an unknown man. He learned this from Scheana. Katie was enraged by the accusation and eventually, Scheana apologized to her fellow cast member for spreading the rumor.
In a Bravo blog post, Scheana clarified that she never accused her of cheating; instead, she shared her observations. After discussing the incident with Katie, Scheana admitted it was misinterpreted. When Katie leaned down to remove her shoes, it appeared as though her head was in an inappropriate area. Additionally, when Katie was dancing while intoxicated and moving her head back and forth, it looked like she was performing a certain action on that man. However, Scheana emphasized that Katie did not cheat; she merely felt that Katie overstepped a boundary.
In the process of thorough investigation, such as examining Uber bills, Kristen came to the conclusion that her boyfriend, James Kennedy, had been unfaithful during season four. He initially denied it to her directly, only admitting to possibly sharing a kiss. However, in a later interview, he confessed, “The reality is, Jenna and I were definitely having an affair.” This revelation gave birth to a new iconic GIF!
However, it’s important to note that James wasn’t faithful only on that occasion; he also had affairs with Lala (who thought he was single) and another SUR hostess, Lauren, who was in a relationship with yet another employee at the restaurant.
Following his split from Kristen, James started seeing Raquel Leviss, a student and beauty pageant contestant, in the fifth season. However, their relationship became embroiled in accusations of infidelity when Scheana and Kristen unexpectedly showed up at one of James’ DJ performances, accompanied by three former SUR employees who alleged they had slept with him during the time he was dating Raquel. They even claimed to have pictures of him sleeping as evidence.
James refused every account provided by the women, and he and Raquel carried on dating for a while before ultimately ending their engagement in 2021, following five years together. However, after their breakup, James admitted to having had a sexual encounter with Lala at the outset of his relationship with Raquel.
Raquel confided in TopMob News in February, sharing that she was once quite innocent-minded and believed James had never been unfaithful to her. However, she’s now realized with certainty that he did cheat on her on more than one occasion. That revelation was undeniably tough to accept.
2017 saw another instance of dishonesty for Jax, as he admitted to having an encounter with a previous SUR waitress, Faith Stowers. Initially, he had denied it during the season six debut, but after his girlfriend Brittany Cartwright confronted him – while he was wearing a Taco Bell sweatshirt – he finally owned up to his actions.
Jax admitted during a private conversation that this wasn’t his first instance of being caught dishonest. He’s previously spent extended periods denying allegations, but he found that approach unsuccessful. He added that he and Brittany were going through a difficult time (evident in their 2017 spinoff Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky) which drove him to be with Faith.
Undeniably, Jax’s confession left Brittany heartbroken, prompting her to say “May you rot in hell!” as a reaction. Initially, Brittany decided to end things with Jax, but they soon made up and got married in June 2019. Two years after their wedding, they were blessed with a son named Cruz.
On March 3, 2023, a significant shakeup occurred in the Bravo Cinematic Universe as it became public knowledge that Tom and Ariana had parted ways after nearly a decade, following the disclosure of his seven-month romantic involvement with Raquel.
In a heartfelt apology posted on Instagram on March 8th, the co-founder of TomTom acknowledged his errors, admitting he acted selfishly and imprudently, causing harm to someone dear to him. He emphasized that no one should have to endure such profound and public pain.
He remarked, “What saddens me most is that I let down Ariana. It was never my intention to cause such disappointment, not just to the numerous people we care about deeply, but also to our cherished families and friends.
Besides apologizing publicly to Ariana, Raquel admitted that she couldn’t offer any explanation for her behavior in the past. In a subsequent declaration, Raquel touched upon the state of her relationship with Tom moving forward.
According to a statement made by Raquel to TopMob News, she emphasized the importance of focusing on her health, personal development, and accepting solitude. Regarding Tom, she expressed her concern for him and stated that she doesn’t want to jump to any conclusions or predict the future. At this moment, her main priority is healing herself.
