Nintendo Switch 2 Direct Start Time and Date Confirmed

Back in January, it was confirmed that there would be a Nintendo Direct focused on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. We’ve been waiting for this presentation since April 2nd was announced as the date, but no additional details were disclosed until today. This morning, Nintendo finally gave us a start time: the event will begin at 6 a.m. Pacific Time (9 a.m. Eastern Time). Unfortunately, we still don’t know how long the presentation will last or what specifics we can expect during the livestream. It’s likely that it will be streamed live on Nintendo’s official YouTube and Twitch channels.

It’s likely that the upcoming Nintendo Direct presentation will offer us glimpses of additional software for the console, as well as a release date and pricing information. At the moment, the only confirmed game from Nintendo is the new Mario Kart title. Third-party developers are eager to share news about their projects, and we’ve had some hints regarding upcoming software.
